Tried this today for my husbands birthday brunch, served it with lobster omelets. My husband said this is the BEST stuffed french toast he has ever had. I marinated blueberries in sugar in addition to the strawberries but I used the blueberries as a topping. Your recipes NEVER disappoint.

Never buy powdered sugar again, just put some inside of a blender or food processor and turn it off when it looks like powdered sugar. Learned it on accident one day. Loved the recipe ❤
