Not a fan of 'sweet', sweet potato dishes, however this might make a fine dessert. Here's a good hint we learned from chef Jean Pierre.... For the smoothest, silkiest, sweet potato texture, USE YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR. This is the only potato that you can use a food processor, but you will not be disappointed! He makes a great savory dish, we add Polush sausauge for an entree. By using a food processor, it makes a WORLD of difference! After 42 years, my husband will finally eat sweet potatos. Food processor is a game changer! Try it once, you'll never use a mixer again. Thanks for your recipe...I see a dessert.

You asked if there was something more that could be added to this...I think the recipe is great as it is. But you can always change it up...like using brown butter instead of cubes of butter, it will give the dish more nuttiness in flavor. You can put in dashes of cayenne to get a hint of heat while you balance all the sweet.

You don’t have to tell us the amount of each ingredient that you will put in. But can you at least name each ingredient? We can then go to your website and print off the ingredient list. But I think for a cooking show you need to let your viewers know what ingredients make up the recipe. Think about it. Look back at your videos where you constantly do this. does that make sense to you? That being said, looks delicious 😋😋😋😋❤
