Thank you. This is a fantastic short and simple video, it was very easily achievable for me. I work in warehousing which means lots of repetitive movements. We've recently changed things up which means new movements for my body which in turn has left me in a lot of pain. My psoas has become so tight that it's started killing my lower back and basically all the muscles in my upper legs. I now feel so much looser after your routine. I'll do this one a few more times then try some of your others!
