Hey Lilly, I just wanted to thank you I have scoliosis and had my surgery over a year ago. I was in so much pain, my physical appearance was absolutely disgusting, I was woking up everyday with this insane amount of pain on my back. I’m still recovering but since I started to workout by ur videos, I gained so much strength. Lost about 7 kilos in just few months, obviously with a clean diet. I knew you studied physiotherapy which made me trust you even more. I know you’re not probably gonna see this, but overall THANK YOU for changing my life, ending my pains, giving me a much better life. I can not thank you enough. Love you. @@isntjinlovely3841 mine was pretty curvy tbh, it was 45 degree from L1 to L5 and 22 degree from T5-T9. I had surgery about a year ago and there’s absolutely nothing to be scared of! I’m assuming you’re wearing corset rn, keep wearing it no matter what, I know it hurts, I’ve been through the same thing but trust me, even if you have to get the surgery at the end, the lower degree means much shorter healing time. I’d love to share my experiences and talking with you! If you want you can add me on snap or you can send me an e-mail. I’d love to share some hospital stories lol❤️

Mine was stress, and anxiety so I used food as a get away(got worse with quarantine) and I now want to make a difference. So I'm doing about 15 minutes of exercises that increase the heart rate

Alright I'm gonna do it Day 1: ✅ It wasn't too bad but it does burn 🔥 Day 2: ✅ Idk why but it burned more than yesterday for some reason 😅 Day 3: ✅ I did it twice today and it burned A LOT but it's getting a bit easier to do the actual exercises Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ❌ I was really tired Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ One week leftt Day 9: ✅ The exercises are MUCH easier (did it twice) Day 10: ✅ I felt really unmotivated today so I didn't really do the exercises that well Day 11: ✅ I failed my spanish test 😩 I also did it twice todayy 🔥🔥 Day 12: ✅ I did it twice. I'm actually really proud of myself for getting to here Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Pls like so I can remember to do it 💕 Results: Firstly I want to say that I feel so much stronger in my stomach area and I can see results but not massively, I think it's because I've been working out for quite some time now. One thing is that my stomach got flatter but the sides of my stomach stayed the same. All together I'm pleased with the results and I definitely recommend this 14 day challenge but just remember everybody gets different results so somebody might see huge results and some people may not see results at all, it really depends on the person AND very importantly what they're eating. I would rate this challenge an 8/10 because it wasn't the hardest and it did give results. Ps. Thank you SO much for all the support and motivation it really helped me out 🧡

Started doing lilly workouts 2 weeks ago... I have never been more active and always look forward to the exercises.. I have paired the different exercise with healthy eating and I went from having a round belly to a flat tummy with the 11 line abs starting to show in just 14 days... I've lost an inch and a half off my waist and lost 3kg (just over 6 pounds).. I just wanna say Thank You Lilly ❤️

I try to look for visible results, I sound so lame LMAO And well.. I did see difference!... I didn't maintain the healthiest diet, but my waist was slightly smaller and my core was more defined. I did extra workouts along this workout. I basically did HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. Didn't lose a lot of weight. But it was totally worth it. Good luck y'all with the progress! May you achieve your goals. Keep on working hard. Get up every time you fall. Failure is a part of success. Slow the pace, fasten the pace... But don't stop! I'm gonna do this and update as I go! I will do a couple videos with this as well! Day 1: ✅ (It's pretty easy but I definitely felt the burn!) Day 2: ✅ (I felt the burn so much today! It feels great!) Day 3: ✅ (This BURNNSS! it's absolutely awesome!) Day 4: ✅ (These workouts all individually burn so much in their own ways, and I love it!) Day 5: ✅ (I'm gonna say it again these workouts burn, I really recommend this workout!) Day 6: ✅ (Not as much as a burn today but that may be because I'm starting to get used to this but still a slight burn!) Day 7: ✅ (PUMPED TODAY! One week down, one to go!) Day 8: ✅ (I can actually see slight results, and my core feels a lot stronger!) Day 9 (Rest day!): ✅ Day 10: ✅ (Back at it again! Felt the burn, and my core feels way stronger!) Day 11: ✅ (Feeling the burn today! Almost done, couple days to go!) Day 12: ✅ (Merry Christmas Eve everyone! Im not going to do the workout tomorrow but I will get back at it the next day!) Day 13: ✅ (2 days to go! Still feeling the burn with these workouts, it's awesome and I love it!) Day 14: ✅ (1 more day to go! Still loving these workouts!) Day 15 (Final day!):✅ (Finally done! Love this workout/stretch!) Results: This was a fun 14 day workout! Obviously you can't see dramatic changes in two weeks, but I did see some! My legs feel so firm and strong and I have this slimmer waist feeling and look! I. I recommend doing these 14 days if you want a slow pacing, not as hard, effective workout for your waist. I have thrown this video in with a bunch of other videos and it has definitely worked a lot in all different areas! Thank you guys for all the nice support in the comments! If you think that you can't do this, you definitely can, the hardest part is just getting started, and once you do that you can accomplish a lot!

I’ve been doing this workout nearly every day for the past few weeks and while I haven’t seen a huge change in appearance, my core has gotten SO strong! Im now able to do these sit-ups without using my arms to propel me forward. I’m eating a balanced diet at a tiny caloric deficit so the changes will come slowly but also will be more sustainable. I’m also a very active person day to day. It may not happen overnight but hard work pays off guys!

So!! 2 months ago, i decided to change my lifestyle. I eat healthier, drink way more water than what i used to and workout a lot more and you guys... the results are phenomenal! Now i wouldn't say that this workout did it all, like she said you have to "make sure to combine it with good nutrition "but it definitely helped to get 4 inches off my waistline.

hey! i’ve been doing your vids for quite a long time now and boy have i seen a BIG ass change within 5 months of on and off workouts! i used to struggle soooo much with my body image and i hated myself so much for having thicker thighs than those ig girls, and no abs or a tiny waist. Since doing your workouts i’ve felt way better about myself and the way i look along with a lot of meditation, yoga and a healthier diet. I know this may sound a bit like the typical “I uSeD tO fEeL sHitE bUt nOW iM oN a HeAlThIeR diEt AnD i wOrKoUt 24/7”, but i don’t do that all the time. That’s the real truth. I try my best to do it as much as i can but don’t get me wrong, sometimes I find myself bingeing through every snack I can possibly encounter in the cupboards at 2am.. I’m not too fussed about it usually, but i’ve come to realise that the more i do the shitier i feel, not to mention a few of my friends blabbing about how they’ve kept a healthy diet for at least 2 weeks now; including cutting out all sugary or fattening foods. Hearing them talk about this often makes me feel down on myself because i KNOW i can do better, and I have, but sometimes you just can’t help it but start rummaging through the cupboards after a rush of sugar craving..(I’m very guilty of this 😌). Back to what i started talking about lmao, despite having the hardships of eating healthy and exercising consistently, I have managed to completely abandon my cravings and only eat something like that as a treat or a reward. I’ve also been able to exercise regularly without getting tired of doing it - thanks to Your vids lilly! If you find it difficult to keep at it and get the motivation to keep a healthy diet plan or a workout routine, simply take a breather, trust in yourself and your body and attempt some meditations. I PROMISE you that you’ll feel wayyy better afterwards, even if you absolutely cannot be arsed going to meditate, do it anyways. See how much change you’ll feel after, the clarity and calmness. It’s worth it. Don’t be a lazy lil bitch now and just do it😌✨💕

i’ll keep updated! i’m also doing a calorie deficit. Staring waist: 29 in Day 1: ✅ a little difficult but nothing too crazy Day 2: ✅ didn’t really put my all into it bc i had a bad day, but i did it and feel a burn Day 3: ✅ didn’t eat great today, but i feel like my stomach. is more toned Day 4: ❌ super busy and wasn’t home. i’ll do an extra day Day 5: ✅ more motivated and felt easier- i feel as though my stomach is getting flatter and my waist is getting bigger. however, i am also very dysmorphic, so seeing the change is hard for me Day 6; ✅ i am losing weight, but i don’t feel like i look any smaller

I'm going to try and do these while updating... if I remember!! Day #1: 27 inches (pretty good, but you can def feel the burn at some points) Day #2: DONE!!! Day #3: DONE!! already seeing some difference Day#4: rest Day #5: DONE!! (I was able to hold my legs straight for most of the last round of Russian twists!!! Progress) Day#6: DONE!! It hasn’t been 14 days but I definitely already recommend this!!!

My comments is a long read, so beware lol! I had a c section about 4 months ago. All results will be different for everyone. As far as my diet, I try to stay under 200 carbs a day as I am working my way into a keto diet. I also started taking a cycle of hydroxycut one week before I started this challenge and I drink about 2 liters of water a day. Day one: waist 34.5 inches, hips 46.5 Day 1: ✅ my core is not as strong as it used to be. I allowed myself to be lazy during pregnancy and became very weak. I went from doing expert level pole sports to not being able to lift myself up on the pole anymore. My core is beyond soft at the moment and lifting myself up to do the first exercise is difficult. The twist crunch thing really make me realize how weak my abs have become. I am determined to work through it. Will update tomorrow. Day 2: ✅ my abs are still sore from yesterday but I pushed through. I honestly could not balance on my butt to do the Russian twists properly and had to almost sit upright to keep from falling over. Hopefully it will get easier as my strength increases. Day 3:✅ Abs still sore from the first two days but pushed through. This ab workout really burns in the top part of my abs in a good way. Hopefully the soreness will go away by day 7. Also started day 1 of 2 weeks of going into ketosis Day 4:✅ today was much easier than yesterday. I’m still taking hydroxycut twice a day and down to 23 total carbs intake per day. I measured myself just now and I am down to 33.5 inches in the waist and 45.5 inches in the hips Day 5:✅ today was definitely easier than the previous days. My abs are barely sore anymore. Im in early ketosis already and it is making me more tired than usual but this workout is so quick i did it anyway Day 6: ❌ going into ketosis has left me feeling exhausted. It’s only temporary though. Today I decided to rest and add on a 15th day since I decided to not work out at all Day 7: ✅✅ did this workout twice today. feeling much better today with more energy than the past two days. Starting today everyday I am also incorporating 30 mins on the elliptical and walking two miles Day 8: ❌ I ended up forgetting to do the workout because I spent the day with my husband and 4 month old daughter. Was too tired to do it by the time I remembered in the evening lol Day 9: ✅✅ because I skipped yesterday I did it twice today. Still unable to do the last move, Russian twist with legs in the air but I do the modified version and it still burns in a good way! ☺️ Day 10:✅ today was not bad at all, I have the exercises memorized pretty much now and it was over before I knew it! Day 11:✅ another day down! Russian twists with legs up is still not doable for me Day 12:✅ went hiking 2.3 miles on top of doing the workout! Day 13:✅ another day done! Day 14:✅ Day 15: ✅ Will post final results and thoughts here: final measurements are Waist 32 inches Hips 44.5 inches My final thoughts are this is a great short workout that really does engage all the muscles in the core and gets them burning in a good way. It’s not so taxing that you can do it multiple times a day and still feel like it’s working without feeling like your core is too fatigued. Now onto a disclaimer: I have am currently on a keto diet that does burn fat fast. I also take clinical strength hydroxycut and walk and hike in hilly areas in my town and also use the elliptical machine. I can’t say for sure if you will lose two inches in two weeks around belly and hips like I did just on this workout alone. But it is good and I’m definitely seeing definition that was not there before the two weeks. Thank you Lilly for this great routine!

Just started this today along with 30-45 minutes of cardio and healthy eating !! Day 1: so HARD. I haven’t worked abs or waist in a while so this burns. I did some vacuums after as well. Day 2: today was much easier, ate even healthier. I did this with a quick resistant band back workout and stomach vacuums. I want to start doing more intense workouts with this too. My stomach has been looking flatter tho but no real results just yet. Day 3: I forgot to type in here but yesterday was really good, though I’m not visually seeing results I feel my core tightening and it’s becoming easier. It’s day four now so im gonna do it then come back and tell y’all how it went. Day 4: SOOO hard. Very intense I could barely get through the last one but I DID IT. My core is in PAIN because I also did Mr London’s back workout. I’m about to do Day 5 right now I DIDNT do anything else today though.

Going to do this workout challenge! Day one: ✅ My legs were a bit sore during some of the workouts, but that’s ok! I got through the 6 minutes! I’m excited to see the results :D Day two: ✅ My legs were sore from yesterday and I felt my top abs were too. Today was a tinier bit easier on some of the workouts. :) Day three: ✅ My abs were still sore from the previous days, but not too bad! I really focused on using my abs for this workout and not using my neck and stuff. Day four: ✅ I had to stop for a second or two like twice because my legs were really hurting. Going strong still :D Day five: ✅ Legs were burning during the workout but I got through! Almost didn’t do it today because of school work I had to do LOL Day 6: ❌ Totally forgot, I was busy with school :( Day 7: ✅ I did this workout twice in a row to make up for yesterday since I missed it. WOW!! Really feeling the burn. :O Day 8: Felt pretty good today! I was able to keep my legs pretty straight during that last exercise. Day 9: ✅ Today I really focused on using my core to get myself up during the sit ups. :) Day 10: ❌ School again 🙄 Day 11: ✅Did this workout twice today to make up for yesterday! Definitely seeing those top two abs! :D Day 12: ✅ Almost at the end! :O woohoo! Gonna keep going strong Day 13: ✅ Almost there y’all! My knees have been cracking while doing the bicycle exercise so today I stopped early, but only on that exercise. Day 14: ❌ It’s now the next day, sorry I missed yesterday! I wasn’t feeling too well, I’m ok now! Unfortunately, I bloated yesterday and today. I won’t be able to give you any numbers for my waist or anything, but before I bloated I really noticed the top two abs were really strong! I also really noticed the outline of the six pack! This didn’t really burn any lower fat which is fine since that’s not the point if the workout, it’s the abs. I wanted to focus on the lower belly burn but I really felt the lower abs down there, so that’s ok! I totally recommend this workout if you want to get that six pack!

I swear to yall, I did this and another 5 minute workout and I kid you not, my stomach went down a whole inch. I was very impressed. But then again, it might he bc I barely ate anything today(bc I didnt feel good). So I'm going to be doing these and some booty workouts too

Re-do because I forgot Last week. 😂 progress: Day 1- I stopped a couple times but overall it was pretty easy. Day 2- Make sure to stretch! Overall Not too bad Day 3- I can feel the burn! I am still not noticing results YET. Day 4- im a bit unmovitated but I completed day 4 Day 5- I feel a whole lot stronger. I could feel the burn.

Started doing this yesterday Day 1✅: that felt so good! Day 2✅: feel pain, but still good Day 3✅: my core is on fire!! ouchie but still good Day 4✅: I was so exhausted after college, but I did workout anyways! So proud of myself💗 pain is gone, I feel so good! Day 5❌: I passed out that day, so I didn't do the workout😣 Day 6✅: I did it! Day 7✅: done! sweating like crazy😩 Day 8❌: low iron is no joke...feeling awful Day 9✅: done! Day 10✅: done! Day 11✅: done! I will continue doing this workout for 5 or 6 day a week, I can definitely see my waist more snitched! I'm trying to be more healthy and I'm doing it not to look great in the mirror but to feel good! 💗🌸ily🌸💗 Update: I began with 63 cm waist and now my waist is 59 cm!

OK I'm gonna do this! Day 1: Pretty hard! I guess I have to do simple warmup workouts before going into this everyday. Sometimes I can hear my own breathing in my ears and it's REALLY uncomfortable. Day 2: I did the warmups and then the workout. My body was a bit sore from the 1st day, so I had difficulties to follow the speed *but it's better than before. Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Overall result:

Girl im lazy and only do like one workout a day. And let me tell you, If your gonna only do a single workout for an hourglass a day like me DO THIS ONE Ive been doing it for 2 whole months everyday and have lost like 3.5 inches or sum. Idk if that's a lot of not but I'm feelin confident smh

Day 1 Nov 16: its 10:30 am. This will be my 3rd workout for the morning. My 3 year son is on a break from school until 12, but he has a therapy session in 30 min so let be do this workout until then. Sis, this workout is pulling every muscles I didn't know I had in my neck, and shoulder. Day 2 I'm a tiny bit sore from all of my yesterday's workout...but I'll manage. Today is Nov 17 and its 6:38 am. This Will be my first workout for today. Day 3 Today is Nov 18 and its 7:27 am. I got up around 5, but felt exhausted so I went back to bed. My son is up and he's eating breakfast right now... He just went and got his own laptop so let's hope he doesn't disturb me. Yesterday in total I did 9 exercise. Motivation has me going hard core. Day 4 Today is Nov 19 and it's 7:59 am. This is my 4th workout of the day. I'm determine to get my dream body so I'll strive through these workout and be committed to loving my body so I'll workout and be fit.

Started yesterday, we move Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ I did better than the first 2 days, but burn still haha! Day 4: ❌ I missed it cause I had to go help my gramps and I got back too tired Day 5: ❌ Day 6: ✅ I'm back after 2 unfortunate breaks. Glad to feel more burns Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ❌ Day 9: ✅
