doing this everyday: day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ it burned so bad compared to day one, it felt my my core was on fire! but, that just means it's working. ill push through! day 3: ✅ burned, but not as bad as day 2. i guess i was just really sore, but again that's progress! day 4: ✅ getting easier everyday, but still just as challenging. i can see a difference and when i grab my stomach it's harder to grasp some fat. progress is definitely being made! i can't wait until the last day! :) day 5: ✅ Its getting easier, but i still struggle. The side planks are my worst nightmare! day 6: ✅ surprisingly not only do i see a physical change already, but a mental one too. my confidence has never been this high! :) day 7: ✅ yay already one week in! one more to go, i'm so happy with the progress i've made and i'm proud of myself for sticking with it! :D like to remind me also so that i can find my comment and update it :D

LADIES LISTEN UP!!!! I’ve was doing this workout EVERYDAY since May 27 and I stopped around mid August. I was doing this workout with another one of her workouts every day and I DEFINITELY saw a change!!! I started with my waist at 33in and I weighed 135 lbs. I ended her workouts at 126 lbs and my waist was 25.5 in!!! I am now currently (in 2022), at 116 and a 25 inch waist. That is because i started going to the gym and yoga and dancing and I truly love myself. Actually I’m trying to gain a little weight lol. I want to be 120! I am SO happy with her workouts and she has definitely changed my life. But if you’re reading this and decided to do her workout and expect a change, remember, you also have to eat the right the right foods. I cut out all refined carbs (like white bread and store bought baked goods) and whole milk dairy products (so stuff like skim and 1-2% milk and yogurt, low-fat cheese, and eggs are my go to). Of course, eating those foods with less of a nutritional value (like cakes, desserts, fried foods, etc.) are totally fine! Moderation is KEY to success and happiness. You can always enjoy a treat and not feel guilty about it. it won’t do ANYTHING to your body when eaten in moderation. Remember that food is fuel for LIFE! Anyways, I adapted to this new active lifestyle found out a way to eat all fun, delicious and nutritious foods! Just remember... you don't have to only do this workout! I never do this anymore and I maintain my figure by doing things I love like dancing and lifting! This is 1 year later lol. But I eat EVERYTHING in moderation so please don't think you have to restrict yourself because that is not healthy! Once you start though, DONT GIVE UP! you guys are so strong!

Hey everyone who is wondering if it works well: My stomach is on the rounder side, and I'm hoping 2-3 weeks will do the trick. I want to glow up too ! I'm trying this routine. ( I have a terrible cardio and I can't even run more than 1 minute...) DAY ONE : ✅ It was okay. I didn't hurt that much. For some exercises I did the easier way. I also did a regular side plank instead of the one in the video. Didn't sweat a lot. The 10 minutes passed quickly (I was listening to Michael Jackson so maybe that's why) DaY TWO : ✅ I did it ! I felt more pain than the first day. Sweat a bit more. I was really thirsty during the exercises so I stopped to drink water. I feel great, I don't have any muscle soreness. DAY THREE : ✅ It only has been 3 days since I'm doing it and I feel really great. I way easier than the first day. I didn't drink during the exercises and didn't sweat. 7 minutes passed really quickly. DAY FOUR : ✅ Oh my god. Today was hard. I felt it was harder than the other days, I was more thirsty but it's still fine. I don't think I'm gonna do a break tomorrow bc I know me and I can do it until the end I think. Drink water it's important during the exercises. I also tried to do the stomach vacuum. DAY FIVE : ✅ It was easier than yesterday but harder than the beginning. I drank water between the exercises. I see a difference with my abs. DAY SIX : ✅ I felt great today so It was easy. I really see a change. I love this workout ! My abs feel a little pain but it's okay. Drink water. DAY SEVEN : ✅ Same as yesterday ! DAY EIGHT : ✅ I dis 30 minutes of cardio before so I was kinda exhausted but I still did it and I'm proud ! DAY NINE : I take a break of 1 day. DAY TEN : ✅ I stopped doing the challenge a few ays ago because I wanted to ! I really liked this challenge, and I recommend you to do it. I feel I have more abs P.S. : I also do other exercises but for the arms and legs. And this one is the first of my session. I drink a lot. Don't sleep that much and don't do any diet. Please like to remind me, I give up easily.

Phew...I just wanna go to school not looking like a potato...let's do this😭 Day 1:✅ Almost killed my neck Day 2:✅ Was just about to give up Day 3:✅ Almost cried but did it Day 4:✅ Got a lil easier Day 5:✅ Why am I not dead yet? Day 6:✅ I hate Russian twists Day 7:✅ Can't believe I am half way through... So I have been doing these excersise once a day for a week now and I can say I have seen a few changes and I am gonna do it for another week If u r wondering that am I dieting or something then no I am not! But I have been eating healthy and when I say healthy I don't mean like 100% healthy I take a few bites of junk food quite often...also I did these excersise on my bed lmao Week 2 let's go 😭 Day 8:✅ My back choose death Day 9:✅ I could hear my bones cracking Day 10:✅ Ugh! I don't feel like doing this anymore Sorry for disappointment but I can't freaking do this anymore and I guess I have lost like 3 or 4 centimeters so I would recommend it tysm♥️ Am outta here✌ Please keep me motivated so that my comment doesn't gets lost :)

START: AUG 10 I live in a under Mexican house hold so we eat a lot here but ima start this. So just so you know, I'm a kid and I am a stone heavier than my siblings, so in trying to loose a bit of weight. Let's hope this goes well! No hate plz Day 1: ✅ only just! There wasnt any sweat or anything, but was pretty hard if I had to be honest! Day 2: ✅ it was just like day one, but alot easier! (Which is good) I recommend this workout so far Day 3: ✅ it was easier like I said. I reckon that every update I do on this video, will be easier Day 4: ✅ like I said, every workout makes a difference, and it definitely has been getting easier Day 5: ✅ just like normal, it was easier. But, I have always struggled to do those side planks for some reason. Day 6: ✅ complete. I feel like i definitely have gotten better at side planks over all these 6 days!! Day 7: ❎ opp- I forgot, but I'll do two rounds tomorrow Day 8: ✅ done one round! ✅ I have done second round! Nearly done! Day 9: ❎ I was busy and I had to go to bed so yeah, I'll do two tomorrow Day 10: ✅ done the first round! Opp I went to bed 100% doing two tomorrow Day 11: ✅ first round done! ✅ second round done! I'm back on track! Day 12: ✅ Done! I am seeing big results BUT I can also see no likes 😭😭😭 Day 13: ✅ done! Only one more day eek! I'm super excited to finish this cause I'm dripping! Day 14: ✅ Done! I want to do a extra one anyways!

Starting today for next 15 days lets see if i can see results without diet . Starting weight = 56.6kg Waist =27inch Belly = 30.5inch Ps. Remind me daily by liking the comment so that i can update Day 1 = ✓ was tough to do Day 2 = ✓ still difficulty in doing Day 3 ✓ less difficulty in doing than ist two days Day 4 ✓ Day 5 ✓ Weight = 56.3 Waist = 27 ( I guess it's 26.9 or something not much difference) Belly = 30 inches ( lost half inch ) Day 6&7 - NOT Done I was in my periods so technically my Day 6 will be today Day 6 ✓ Day 7 ✓ Day 8 ✓ Day 9 ✓ Day 10 ✓. Weight = 55.6 ( lost 1kg from starting weight) Waist = 27 same as it was belly = 29.5 ( lost 1 inch in 10d) I think it is not for small waist it's for belly fat atleast that is what I noticed in myself I lost weight and belly fat but not waist inches Day 11 ✓ Day 12 ✓ Day 13 ✓ Day 14 ✓ Day 15 ✓ Weight : 55kg ( lost 1.6kg) Waist 26.7 ( lost less than half inch ) but I see little abs ... Belly = 29 ( lost 1.5 inch total )

Trying to get in shape and improve my health! Starting measurements: waist 27” weight: 134 lbs Day 1 😩 - my abs hurt sooooo bad, I can’t do the side plank right...took many breaks 😂 Day 2 😳 - I felt a bit stronger already! Did the modification for the side plank though haha Day 3 😥 - I was super tired today so it was a little hard for me, but I managed to push through. Day 4 😑 - Wayyy easier than the first time! I can feel an improvement! Day 5 🙄 - I almost skipped today, wasn’t feeling it. My stomach is getting flatter hehe Day 6 😯 - I looked at myself in the mirror and my stomach is so much flatter than Day 1, the workout is getting easier! Day 7 😊- My back really hurt today, so I didn’t do it to my best effort....my waist is smaller and so is my stomach! So happy Day 8 😄- I don’t want to keep saying the same things but this has helped my waist so much omg. The workout is so much easier, I can’t wait for Day 14! Day 9 🤧- i felt nauseous and really under the weather today, so I took a day off and maybe ate a little more than needed..... Day 10🤑- Back on the grind, burned a little more today Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14 I was way too lazy to update butttt In all I lost almost 2.5 inches off my stomach and my core feels way tighter :)))

im gonna do this everyday to feel better in my body day 1 : ✅ really hard, couldn’t do some exercises correctly day 2 : ✅ still hard but i did all the exercises day 3 : ✅ it was hard at the beginning and the last exercise was really awful but some exercises felt easier than before. i feel like my body is starting to get used to it and im less tired at the end day 4 : ✅ the last exercise was still very hard but i did okay for the other exercises day 5 : ✅ i didn’t do it yesterday cause i took a rest day but i did it today and i can already feel some little results day 6 : ✅ it’s really becoming easier day 7 : ✅ im less tired after doing all the exercises so i will might add another video to have better results day 8 : ✅ it was okay today day 9 : ✅ im perfecting myself in some exercises day 10 : ✅ my waist is starting to get thinner day 11 : ✅ the side planks are hell but the rest was okay day 12 : ✅ didn’t do it yesterday cause i took a rest day ( i take one, once a week) buy today i did and it felt good day 13 : ✅ it was okay day 14 : ✅ okay im done, so after this challenge i got results. my waist is a bit thinner and im proud to have kept going. i will probably continue to do this video but probably not everyday and i will try some new workouts videos. thank you so much for all the motivation in the comments!! i’ll keep updating sometimes :) also, i wanted to thank you all for the encouragement. it really motivates me to keep going 🖤

I‘m doing this for 14 days now Day 1: Completed ✅ it was a bit hard but it’s always hard the first time Day 2: Completed ✅ it’s a good feeling! Today was a good day and I completed it easy😆! Day 3: Completed✅wow… it’s the 3 day already! Btw I love Lilly sabri‘s sixpack workouts y‘all can try them those are burning af my recommendation is the one sixpack workout where she wore pink! It’s burning so much and it’s such a good feeling when I’m done with it and it’s only 5mins! Day 4: Completed ✅ Only 10 days more to go! I really wanna try this out because apparently it works even without a diet, so I will update it daily Day 1: It was difficult because I didn't really know how to do the exersises properly, I was suprised how fast the workout ended Day 2: it was a bit easier than yesterday, my abs are burning! Day 3: When I tell you it gets easier everyday I really mean it! I even did some other exersises after this Day 4: The workout was so easy, even though I was a little bloated, tysm for 48 likes, it really keeps me motivated!!🥺 Day 5: I just did the workout and feel like I could even do another one, really trust the progress guys! Day 6: Wow, almost a week, I can't believe it! Tysm for the support, it really makes my day!🥺💗 Day 7: 1 week! So after 1 week I can say the workout has gotten so easy and i really enjoy it. I can't really see much difference, but we still have 7 days to go!! Day 8: Today I wasn't really motivated, but still did it and it was worth it! I finally felt like the exersises were a challange again :) Day 9: I really enjoyed it today! Keep going guys, y'all can do it too!! :) Das 10: sry guys, I gave up.. I’m gonna do this while it’s corona break, it’s my time to shine 😂, but also, love yourself, we are all beautiful ❤️. I’m doing this bc I wanted that abs and waist for so long, so I just said to myself, It’s corona time right now, you have your time, start! 💚 Day 1: ✅- it was hard, but I’m still going to do this, there is no giving up!!! Btw, this side planks are always weird for me, I never know am I doing it right or no, but I’m keep trying. My abs are burning rn 💚 Day 2 : ✅ - Okay it was hard, a liiittle bit easier but still my abs are burning, but I already feel kinda stronger in the abs aria. Also, I am not eating after 6pm, but I am eating everything normal, bread and everything, so nothing special. :) 💚 Day 3: ✅- I’m dead LOL, but I can already see that it’s working, my stomach is flatter, excerices are getting more easier, but still kinda hard. But Iii’m telling yaaal this is working so, get up, lay down on the floor and start working !!!!!! 💚 Day 4 : ✅-Doneeeee, I forgot to upload, it was easier than the other days, my abs are getting stronger, I can feel it. Still not sure about that sIdE PlAnKs 🙃 💚 Day 5: ✅-My tummy is flatter than it was, I’m proud for now I think it’s working. Hey everyone! so I'll be doing this workout for 14 days alongside cutting out sugars (cookies, crisps, cakes etc.) Let's see how this goes! (I'm posting my results and feelings in this chat to motivate me to complete it haha) Starting waist measurement: 32 inches Day 1: This was so hard! I could only manage around 15 secs of each exercise and my abs were burning! I couldn't do the hip dips so I ended up just doing a side plank. If anyone has any tips on how to engage my core, that would be great! Day 2: Phew! This day was equally as hard as yesterday! I still couldn't hold my side plank for too long but I'm hoping I'll get stronger each day! Day 3: I felt like the first 5 minutes are getting easier and I'm engaging my core more so I can really feel the burn! I really can't hold my side planks for long so I'm doing some arm strengthening exercises too so I can hold myself up :) Day 4: I kinda cheated yesterday and had a chocolate bar oops :( But today was just as hard as day 1. Still trying to engage my core for the whole exercise. I feel a lot of strain on my neck too while doing those exercises on the ground, anyone else experiencing this? Day 5: It's getting easier! Not by much, but I can hold some of the exercises for longer. Those side planks at the end are still a killer! I really can't do them :( I've decided to just hold a normal plank and then do hip dips for the moment as that's better than holding a side plank with one knee on the ground because I can't feel any stretch Day 6: Yep definitely getting stronger and I'm engaging my core like crazy! It's super hot in the UK today and I wasn't gonna do this exercise but I powered through. I can do a side plank on my forearm and do the follow throughs for a couple of seconds before I collapse lol But by the end of the 14 day I'm determined to at least hold those side planks. Day 7: I did this workout after work today so my energy levels were still low but I managed most of the workout okay! I can do most of the exercises following along with Lilly but those side planks at the end... nope still can't hold them but I'm trying! Day 8: I skipped a day oops. I was working yesterday and burnt 700 calories (wow). Today it was absolutely melting in the UK but I managed to get through it! The whole work out was really good! My core felt strong and I managed to hold the side plank!! Can't do the side dips and follow throughs but it's progress :) Day 9: Wow! So intense omg but we made it through. Managed to hold a side plank for all 45 secs but as soon as I tried to do a side dip I fell to the ground haha. We'll try again tomorrow Day 10: So some of you may notice I skipped two days! I’ve been working full 12 hour shifts and my calorie burn has been insane!! But coming back after those two days has allowed my body to rest and I’m even stronger!! Got through the workout with an engaged core and felt great afterwards. Only 4 more days! Day 11: I can finally hold that side plank for a little longer!! I can also reach under but the side dips are a struggle. I am noticing my waist is looking slimmer!! Can’t wait to measure hehe See you tomorrow Day 12: I can't believe there's only two days left wow. Today was a little hard ngl, I held my side planks for the duration of the last exercises but still can't manage those hip dips :( I think I'll continue doing this exercise for the rest of the month if I see results after day 14! That'll help my core get stronger and stronger Day 13: I really went for it for this workout and really gave my abs a hard time haha. This workout is actually really enjoyable so everyone don't give up! I'll be measuring my waist tomorrow and giving everyone a a full run down of my overall experience Day 14🥳🥳🥳 We are at the end of the 14 day waist workout!! So I did the workout this morning and then waited this afternoon to measure my waist! (I’ll also give a run down of my overall experience) Starting waist measurement: 32 inches Ending waist measurement: 30.2 inches! For two weeks of work this was an insane result! I did have a couple of cheat days where I had a bit of chocolate, but that didn’t seem to affect my results! Please take my results with a huge pinch of salt, everyone’s metabolism is different but if you really stick to this workout everyday and cut sugars out of your diet too, you will see the results you want! The first couple of days were really difficult, not gonna lie, but it was totally worth it! Thanks for the support everyone!❤️ I will continue to do this workout until the end of the month and update everyone with what results look like after 4 weeks!!

*Am I the only one who does this workout during quarantine?* 😂🤔 However today I start this workout and I will update my results in 1 week. Waist 26inch (Like to remind me that I will have to update you in 1 week) *Okay, guys, it’s been a week now lmao.* 😂❤️ At first, the exercises weren’t that tiring, but by the third day my abs were starting to burn a lot. Now I have a much flatter and tighter stomach. After this workout I lost 1.5 inches, so now I am at 24.5 inch. Well now I take a day or two off and in another week I’ll share progress.

Doing this workout for two weeks Starter - waist: 66cm/ 26inches Day 1: Complete, surprisingly easy. Really felt the burn, did normal side planks instead of the last two. Day 2: Complete, still quite easy and I really bust a sweat. Before I did the workout, I measured my waist and it was 65 1/2cm and at the end I checked again and it was 64cm so I guarantee this works. Day 3: Complete, really taking this workout more seriously now. Day 4: Complete, my body was kinda weak but I still manage to complete it. Day 5: Complete, I was having a headache but I manage to push through. Day 6: Complete, my sister was watching me so that gave me the motivation to push through this workout. Day 7: Complete, one week down one more to go. Day 8: Complete Day 9: Complete Day 10: Complete Day 11: Complete Day 12: Complete Day 13: I didn't get the chance to do it today because I was caught up with school work. Day 14: Complete Day 15: Complete So this is the end of this 2 week smaller waist exercise and it was really fun. Final results: 62 1/2cm or 24 1/2inhces Now I'm going to find a really effective hourglass workout to finish my body's new look

Here are the results: Before workout: 29.6-29.4 After 2 weeks: 27.8 2-3 week break (no diet): 28.4 I haven’t changed my diet but I don’t move a lot because of the pandemic so I guess that why I grew more inches to my waist loool but I’m gonna try it again starting from tomorrow and I’ll update! girl, i was so happy with my body until i went on a vacasion and couldn't really workout, then i got my period, my belly started to bloat, boom - i gained 2kg (4lbs?) and i became so unhappy with myself because you can clearly see that my waist has more fat around it and my belly is hanging! im going to highschool my first year and i wanted to feel confident but im afraid i won't make it :( im going on another vacasion in a week and i'll return a day before school...

Izzy Bolivar your body functions better during daylight hours. if you have been seeing results doing it at night then you can continue to do that because everyone has a different body:) but I’ve read in multiple sources that working out an hour or two after a healthy breakfast or lunch it is much better! Just finished Day 9!!! I am loving this. I did it a few weeks ago and missed days here and there. I thought to myself, it's literally 10 minutes a day, just 14 days. I can do this! No matter my busy schedule with work, family, etc. I can do it anywhere! So proud to say I just finished Day 9!!!

@@cringeken5389 yes, and some of the moves I couldn't do without mods the first week, I can now do. The whole thing I have mattered at day 9 or 10. I am now on day 13!! My core is definitely stronger as well!

Day 1 : COMPLETE!✅ Day 2: COMPLETE!!✅ I’m definitely feeling it in my obliques, but no pain no gain❤️) Day 3: COMPLETE!✅ (I’m trying to run 30 mins of cardio each day after a small two day break, I can see my stomach getting a little slimmer, I’m also doing this with a Chloe Ting workout and an arm workout, getting easier by the day!) Day 4: COMPLETE!✅ (It’s gonna get hard to keep up with these exercises since I have finals next week, but I’ll totally do my best to keep you guys updated!! ✨) Day 5: COMPLETE!✅ Day 6 : COMPLETE✅ (the last two exercises kill me 😔 Day 7: ❌ was unable to since I was out at a football game Day 8: ✅ Day 9 :✅ (So close to coming this to an end before I do a different ab workout 🥰) Day 10 : ✅ (I’m loving these results!!!) Day 11 and 12 : yup yup (I’m kinda losing motivation)

For the people who want to know if this workout works, i can proudly say YESSS!!! I started doing a workout every day for a month. I did really short workouts like 5 minutes a day I didn't really follow a diet. I just ate really balanced (no calorie deficit), and i drank a lot, but a lot of water! After a month, I really saw a lot of changes. My belly fat was almost gone. I was so proud of my results that i continued doing ab workouts for a year. I only did workouts from Lilly because those are the most effective ones! And right now, I really have a toned stumach with some visible abs!!! So if I can do it, then you can do it!! I believe in everyone, and remember everyone you see with a super pretty body. They also started somewhere! The difficulty is Starting and not giving up! ❤❤

doing this for 2 weeks except i can't measure myself since i lost the measuring tape so it's gonna be by how i see it disclaimer: i can't do the last two exercises since i have a shoulder injury so i'm skipping those. day 1: ✅ done, it was pretty hard day 2: ✅ done, still pretty hard day 3: ❎ skipped, i'm so exhausted i can barely move, i might add another day to make up for it day 4: ❎ skipped, didn't have time to workout day 5: ❎ skipped, i was sick day 6: ❎ skipped again sorry. but i'm adding a day for each day that i missed. day 7: ✅ done!! it was easier this time around okay so i lost count and i didn't do it so starting again. i have more time now so i think i'll actually be able to do it everyday. i hope so at least. day 1: ✅ done, it was okay. day 2: ✅ done, it was harder than yesterday??? having really bad body image today so i feel bigger than usual, i just really hope this workout will work it'll make me feel so much better if it will. day 3: ✅ done, it was fine. day 4: ✅ done, it was easier day 5: ✅ done, easier again day 6: ✅ done, it was fine day 7: ✅ done, i really felt the burn this time. halfway through!! day 8: ✅ done, it was fine day 9: ✅ done, it was okay. so far i see nothing tho day 10: ✅ done ** okay guys, this workout made my waist BIGGER, so i'm stoping here. i'll move on to a waist workout from someone else, don't know who. i HAVE lost weight tho. idk how i both lost weight and my waist got bigger, it doesn't make sense, but that's what happened. so yeah like to help me remember!!
