Went for a trail run in my new shoes and found that they have almost no support for my high arches. This helped a lot and I will defs be getting some sof soles later this week.

Great information! Which insoles do you recommend for Peroneal Tendonitis? Your videos are so valuable. I've been to numerous podiatrists and orthopedic docs and NONE of them seemed to know much about insoles at all, or shoe recommendations either. Thanks so much for your help.

I use the orange ones the high arch support and I love them you can buy them in Mark's for $39:99, I have one pair in my runners at home and an other pair in my boots when I go out, no more pain I am so happy I can't stop telling people, you can try the three of them in the store to see which ones are the best fitting for you. Our feet are very important and living with pain is not good.

Sir if you're a podiatrist then how do these insoles compare to a custom made insole made by podiatrists for $200+

The answer to that very good question is this: "In my opinion it depends upon the custom made insole that is prescribed. In my opinion, a significant number of custom inserts are no better than over the counter. However, in my opinion, if the custom insert is the right one it can be far superior."

Hi Dr, I need some help I am suffering from Achilles Tendonitis. I get pain around the bone area where its has joint. please advise me as I have been doing some exercises as i have been advised by physiotherapist its helps for short time I think I need an insole and need some advice on which one do you think I should buy. Hello Faiyeza. Thank you for your comment. Achilles tendonitis is a significant problem. Another issue that causes pain along the bone area as you describe is retrocalcaneal bursitis. I will have to add that subject to a video in the very near future.
