Instant Yeast 4 g
Salt 4 g
Caster Sugar 35 g
Milk Powder 9 g
Egg 50 g
35% Whipping Cream 24 g
Cold Water 135 g
Unsalted Butter 30 g
Cocoa Powder 6 g
Cold Water 1/2 tsp
Filling
Unsalted Butter 42 g
Icing Sugar 18 g
Whole Egg 14 g
Milk Powder 40 g
Corn Starch 3 g
Salt 1/16 tsp
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C, and bake on the lower rack for 33-35 minutes. After about 10 minutes baking , when the bread is already coloured, you need to cover it with tin foil to prevent the surface of the bread from scorching.
