I see you have 6 Blackburn positions but I only saw 3 in the video. Can you relay the others?

Ready to start my team on these exercises! Do the probes have to be laying down? Or can you do them just standing up?

they can be standing but players need to be able to fold at the waist while keeping a flat back. otherwise, theyre not in the prone position at all
