@@TARDISES he apparently still appeared in the dark side and final story cutscenes of sa2 battle if you button mashed, and the 2012 rerelease added back most of his cameos in levels, besides wild canyon. The rerelease still limited his cutscene appearances to dark and final story, though.

*herself. as terrible a person as Chris Chan is, and as... fucked up as everything surrounding her transition was, she _is_ clinically diagnosed as trans, and the amount of commitment she showed to trying to be a girl is undeniable considering how she'd struggle to change whatsoever for external reasons. (also it would generally just be nice if people stopped giving attention to such a mentally screwed person, huge negative attention is a big part of what made her such an awful person in the first place)

7:32 Eggman revives the ultimate life form (shadow) to collect the chaos emeralds so he can power the eclipse cannon, hoping that by threatening the entire planet eggman would become legal owner of the entirety of the world. He blows up the moon to prove his point. Sonic and Co have the last chaos emerald AND a fake chaos emerald so they go to eggman's secret base in Egypt (or the Mobius equivalent) to launch a rocket to the ARK which holds the eclipse cannon. Eggman hijacks the sonic crew's radio signal and learns that sonic was going to give him a fake chaos emerald so eggman makes sonic explode and has the real last chaos emerald put into the eclipse cannon. Sonic doesn't die because he used chaos control before the explosion. Once all seven chaos emeralds are in the ark eggman's grandfather broadcasts that he's going to crash the ark into the planet killing literally everyone. So shadow and sonic go super to fight the prototype of the ultimate life form, the bio lizard (technically shadow's older brother). To win the fight shadow sacrifices himself, which is retconned immediately because shadow was the best character ever.

Simple story summary: Long ago Gerald robotnik was forced to work on an ultimate life form on the Ark. His experiments were later discontinued out of fear of how powerful they'd actually become, and the military was killing everyone who knew about the project. Gerald's granddaughter tried to escape with Project Shadow, Gerald's creation, who had become her best friend, and she was shot in the process. Gerald was imprisoned and forced to work on other projects even after they'd killed her and he turned bitter. He brainwashed Shadow to believe Maria wanted him to crash the Ark and kill humanity and programmed the Ark to self destruct before dying. Eggman later released Shadow, who his grandfather Gerald had said would help him use the Ark to rule the world. They collect most of the chaos emeralds and head to the Ark with Sonic and his friends in tow, the heroes and villains clashing along the way, until the self destruction sequence of the Ark is triggered and it begins to fall to the Earth. Shadow's memory of Maria is restored and he remembers she wanted him to protect humanity rather than end it, so he teams up with Sonic and they defeat a prototype of Project Shadow, the Bio-Lizard, which has taken over the Ark, before Shadow uses all his energy to restore the Ark back to orbit. Doctor Eggman meanwhile had no idea of the true intentions of the Ark which is why at the end he just stops fighting Sonic.

A being created by Eggman's grandfather Gerald Robotnik to be the ultimate life form. Shadow had a memory where he promised to avenge humanity for the loss of his friend and tells Eggman to find the Chaos Emeralds so he could get to the space colony that can shoot death beams capable of destroying planets and Sonic and friends try to stop him

That Amy I don't think is the Mario & Sonic Olympic Games outfit, I believe it's from Sonic Riders, a Sonic racing game that likely was not played by a huge margin of the Sonic fanbase, because the majority of that fanbase tends to be what I call "Classic Sonic Purists", people who prefer the 16-bit Classic Sonic games over any other Sonic game, which is okay to like and dislike games, but those kinds of Sonic fans LOVES to badmouth any Sonic game that isn't their Classic Sonic games. Basically, the Pokemon Genwunners of the Sonic fanbase, since they think quite alike of their respective franchises. I'm not saying the majority of the Pokemon fanbase are Genwunners, but they share the same sort of mindset of Pokemon that the "Classic Sonic Purists" think of the Sonic games. Seriously though, people should give those "different" Sonic games a fair chance, without comparing them to retro Sonic games with nostalgia-blind eyes. I'm probably gonna get beat-up in the comments section for saying this, but my opinions on the Sonic games is that, none of the Classic Sonic games are perfect masterpieces. As long as humanity is flawed, there literally is a 0% chance of any videogame being absolutely perfect, as humans are not perfect and they make videogames. I'm not saying all games are bad, that is not how I think. I'm saying a game WILL have flaws in them, regardless how much effort and care are put into them. I myself love a good chunk of Sonic games the Sonic fanbase tends to hate. Games such as the Sonic Storybook series, Sonic Shuffle, and Sonic Unleashed, for example. And while a good chunk of the Sonic fanbase loves Sonic Colors, I hated it. I played it to the end of it on the Wii, and was utterly disappointed by it's conclusion. Sorry for ranting, I just can't stand the negativity the Sonic fanbase has towards games that don't deserve it. But what the Sonic fanbase can all agree on: Sonic 06 is a terrible game that was rushed before it was ready to be released.
