Sorrel soup in 30 minutes! Healthy green soup with sorrel and egg! Soup without meat!
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 2 large potatoes and a stalk of celery.
Pour in 1.5 liters of hot water and cook for 10 minutes.
Chop the onion finely.
Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat.
Grate the carrots.
Fry for 2 minutes.
Rinse 50 grams of rice.
Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, oregano and sugar and cook for another 3 minutes.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
Chop 100 grams of sorrel.
3 eggs, a little salt and beat everything well.
Add the eggs and mix well, cook for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the dill and let it cook for 2 minutes, done.
