As a pretty good cook, and a fan of cheesecake, these are trifles, A cheesecake is generally baked. These all looked delicious, but they were all just mousse and crumb. Just my opinion I suppose, but if I were to order any of them after having them described as a cheesecake I likely wouldn't return.
