Soup of Cereals and Legumes
Ingredients
Small legumes
Spelled
Half onion
Little olive oil
Salt, pepper, turmeric
bay leaf, rosemary.
Place all the vegetables in a saucepan and cover
with cold water.
Boil for 2 hours.
Season with salt, pepper, herbs, turmeric.
Add water when needed.
Serve with wholemeal bread or croutons.
With a little olive oil.
