Guaranteed those are just random votes. Like, sometimes people just vote for whoever isn't the incumbent. Or sometimes people have no idea who to vote for in that section and they mistakenly believe they MUST choose someone, so they pick randomly, because they're afraid their ballot might be invalid if there's blank spots on it. No way 700 sovcits voted for him.

"He was speechless!" The judge couldn't get a word in edgewise. Very early on in this encounter, the judge should have raised his voice and shouted, "shut up or go to jail for contempt!" This kind of conduct is laughable, but it's extraordinarily disrespectful. Wildstar is a perpetual candidate (CA governor three times including this year's recall election, Fullerton city council, Fresno mayor) who never gets any votes. The Libertarian Party was stupid enough to endorse his "campaign" for governor in 2018. He was finally arrested for criminal contempt in 2019.

Where I live, if you try talking over a Judge you might get warned once not to do it again. IF you are dumb enough to do it again, you will be held in contempt and receive jail time... how long depends upon how mad you made the Judge. You might get 30, 60, or 90 days.
