@Randall V I agree with everything you say here, and certainly there are those who are simply too stupid to know otherwise (or to recognize when they are being conned). But based on the behaviors they display, I think that in most instances there is a deeper psychological defect at work. For instance, the inability to recognize that someone else may be right and they wrong about something is a marker for narcissistic personality disorder; the impulse to overdramatize everything and make grandiose claims about their legal victories is a marker for histrionic personality disorder; their obsessive insistence, contrary to all evidence, including personal experience, that the legal and historical reality they've constructed-obviously with lots of help-MUST be the only real one is a marker for schizophrenia. It's not just the stuff they say and believe, but the way so many of them do so, without regard for real-world consequences and in the face of contrary experience, that suggests mental illness.

Real simple way to get these sovtards thinking clearly. These judges need to start ordering 5150's (or whatever the judicial equivalent is) and commit them, or just hold them in contempt in a jail cell, until they pass a basic evaluation on how to conduct yourself in a courtroom. That evaluation needs to be based on their understanding that the judge DOES have jurisdiction, and that they are ONLY to address the questions raised by the judge which pertain to the hearing and nothing else will be discussed. If they can't pass that evaluation, then they stay locked up reviewing the proper court procedures, until they can. These idiots getting 2 mins of airtime, even while being escorted from the courtroom, is 2 mins too much.
