I'm pretty sure the difference between an alcoholic beverage and other is the percentage of alcohol, more exactly ethanol, that they contain. I don't know what the actual percentages are. So, a drink that contains 15% alcohol is stronger than one that contains 10%, and also I know that stuff like tequila is one of the strongest alcoholic drinks. This is what I know, but you can always check the Internet for more accurate info.

Because it really is fascinating even if it was at the cost of soviets sanity. *(ABV=Alcohol By Volume)* Southern Comfort is about 35% ABV give or take, Jack Daniels is about 35% ABV give or take also, and most tequilas are 40% ABV depending on brand and region which can get as high as 80% ABV. So if soviet had about 16 shots of alcohol which in his own words were not actual shots but literal GULPS straight from the bottle. Wouldn't his actual shot count be anywhere from 37-46 shots which would put him somewhere close to alcohol poisoning levels on the high end? They keep calling him a lightweight but this dude finished two bottles of hard liquor and a partial of tequila. That there is a sure fire way to hate yourself the next morning. A gulp like what soviet did is anywhere from 80mL-100mL according to online sources or just shy of 3oz of liquid. The typical shot glass holds about 43mL (1.5oz) of alcohol right? So on the low side, every swig he takes is about two shots high end close to three shots. So yeah this crazy bastard either did 32 actual shots on the low end, or about 40-ish on the high end. No wonder he posted online about how he felt like shit. This poor sod probably was a few bad swigs away from literal death if not just a comatose like state." It is also worth noting that I didn't even state in that rant that the globally debated alcohol poisoning limit is somewhere around 40-50 standard shots of alcohol.
