Space Engineers - In Space, No Jetpack (Hard Survival)

On foot, in zero-G without a Jetpack - kinda like up the creek without a paddle. What could possibly go wrong?
This is a Space Engineers No Jetpack playthrough with some added challenges. Permadeath is on, auto heal is off, meteor storms and spiders are on. Ores have been redistributed, and we're using daily needs.

Building in space is proper hard-core survival, I love it. And the visuals of the planet from the asteroid looks so good.cant wait for the next episode.

Great video as always! Space and no jet-pack, I'd probably last 10 seconds before I accidentally jumped and I would be gone, lol. Nice starting base on the asteroid, I'm excited to see what you come up with for the design and decorating. Also, excited to see the drop pods you come up with and to see Jules in the center so you can start taking care of those outposts. Great work, keep it up!

Haha yeah I kinda recalled KSH added weapon recoil in the first big warfare patch. Wouldn’t have remembered that if I hadn’t accidentally fired my rifle instead of using my drill lol

Please build batteries and more solar on the asteroïde base first. You could build from the cockpit? Put the stuf you need to plase the blocks you want to build into your backpack. Get into the cockpit and press ctrl+g. Potentioly put a welder on your ship to help with construction.

I don’t think that will work for control seats, but it’s not a bad idea for ships with actual cockpits. We’ll get there but I need to mine a lot more resource before I can get batteries - they need a whole heap of nickel.
