Yeah, me too but, would live a loft you can actually WALK upright in. Instead of bending down or crawl around on your knees. At 63, cant do that. Would love to have a loft for extra bedroom, office etc.

This company does not use ladders at all. Unfortunately, they can't make the ceiling any higher in the loft bcuz it would be considered living space and would increase the 399 square ft of living space which means it would no longer be considered an RV. There are also restrictions on how high they are allowed to be for transporting on the highways. I've watched a lot of their videos so I've learned a lot about the size restrictions and why. Would no longer be an RV if it is over 399 square ft so you would then not be exempt from real estate taxes in most states. Have a great day.

Mr Timmons has the best tiny homes I've ever seen. I believe, in light of the housing crisis we are facing, tiny homes should be part of the answer. I've been a fan of tiny homes for years, but I've never seen 399 sq ft look so good, built with such high quality, and with so many options. Arizona needs you, Mr Tiny! Never thought I’d see so much storage space in a tiny house (the drawers inside the steps is pure genius!), and I love the walk-in closet/laundry area, and the loft. This is definitely a house I could live comfortably in, and all the windows make it seem much bigger than it actually is. Love it!

O.M.G! YES! I LOVE IT! I originally loved the style of the Tumbleweed and the exterior design, but loved the pantry and large closet in the Cardinal. This is almost perfect, however I'd still need a dishwasher in the kitchen, the cabinets the blue color,and loose the island because i have one of my own. But, with those changes this would be my dream house.😍😍😍😍

Love the hickory doors and the drawers in the stairs! Love the walk-in closet w W/D inside! Also, the pantry closet is also a lovely feature...Likes the ship lap accent wall in the bedroom and the wall sconces...no need for night stands! Saves some space! Likes the wide shower design w more arm room! Love the combo of Cardinal and Tumbleweed!

Very Nicely done but only things I would change would be to ditch the fake fireplace for more floor space and let the customer have the option to mount a flat screen tv to the wall on an adjustable wall mounting bracket and add a second 10ft covered porch on the back. I was just watching the Bayside and this blows it out the water!! This one is on point! I can't decide which is better except the double loft on top the Cardinal/Weed!
