As luck would happen, after viewing this, I called my daughter, who shops at Traders Joes' about getting the Speculoos cookies and or the Speculoos Cookie Butter, she happened to be at a local TJ store that very moment! @@akikmalika5285 بسكويت لوتس تطحنيه وتوزعيه بالكاسات بعد كذا تخلطين جُبن فلاديفيا و تضيفين لها زبدة اللوتس وشوي فانيلا و كمان تلخطيها مره ثانية على جنب تخفقين كريمة خفق و شوي منها تضيفيه للخليط السابق و تمزيجيهم مع بعض بعد كذا توزعين الخليط على طبقة البسكويت و تدخلينه الثلاجة اقل شيء ساعتين و بالأخير حطت الجزء المتبقي من كريمة الخفق و زينتها ببسكويت

Havn't heard of cookie butter before. I think for the bottom base digestive buscuits always go best. The buscuit on top is a good choice tho

WONDER WOMEN Cookie butter is made with Biscoff cookies...I only found out about this cookie a year ago and it's my favorite now! If you live in the US you can get it any supermarket or Trader Joe's which is suppose to be one of their top sellers. If you can't get hold of the cookie butter, there are recipes here on the internet! Enjoy!
