Where has this been all my life?! Ever since the grocery store I go to stopped selling plant based chicken patties and the price of plant based nuggets went up, I've been looking for a way to make my own. And since I got an air fryer for Christmas last year, I've been looking for recipes for it. Thank you.

Hope all is well! I talk about you to my daughter all the time. I tell her one day you're going to gain that momentum.. I just don't understand how you don't have millions of views.
