Great video, but the reason I was at least ok with collecting all that stuff is because the web swinging and movement was so much fun. It didn’t bother me having to do all that. But as you said subjective. But I do hope the next Spider-Man came at least goes a little lighter on it. Also as a huge Spider-man fan it was interesting you hear you take on things. For me the story was perfect and as a Spider-Man it made sense. I’m also glad it didn’t explain who everyone and everything was because for me and most Spider-man fans that would be quite annoying. Still, very interesting to hear a (non fans take)

Couldn't agree more. It fulfills my 'I want to be Spider-man" childhood fantasies, but it still is not as open world as GTA (but it doesn't need to be). In my mind, if you want the Batman experience, you play Arkham Knight and if you want the ultimate Spider-Man experience, you play this game. It really is a great game and does everything the game needs to do-to do the character justice.

gotta say i agree with you 100 % on all points, the whole having to do the side stuff to get tougher, ugh i wish companies would find other means other then busy work. after i finished a whole burrow, i felt more inclined to just fast travel. i mean i seen the burrows, and after that you are just swinging. which don't get me wrong is fun and the best version of swinging in any spiderman game, but it's merely getting from point a to point b. my biggest gripe tho is for a spider man game, that seems to be more about stealth. god a small fart can pretty much let everyone know you are there.
