I just want to say thank you Sam. You have lit a fire inside of me that won't be extinguished. I've gone from 400 pounds down to 325 in just under 3 months' time. My goal is to get down between 265 and 250 and just get shredded. I feel a lot better since putting myself through this calorie deficit diet, and I have been doing cardio religiously and lifting. Your tips with the pb2 and sugar-free jelly are life savers along with the keto buns. And whoever thinks you can't look good going to planet fitness you are mistaken you can get a great workout as long as you know what you are doing.

I don't really drink coffee as a habit, just when im studying, but i found that the best way to have a good lift is a good breakfast for me, which consists of 4 scrambled eggs on rye with a cup of yogurt and then of course 0.5L of water

Sam the process gets us going. Even if its you eating a sandwich it brings everything back in and into perspective. It's easy to get lost in the fog of supplements, nutrients, vitamins and work out splits and blah blah blah. When in reality it's all about cardio, turkey melts and focusing. Keep being you showing us the process of day in and day out without the BS.

Exactly the same for me. Damn airport job.. Gotta wake up at 4am... Get home around 3pm, gym around 5-ish. Back home at 8pm. Never missing meals, whether bulking or cutting.

Just want to say that as a teenager trying to get in shape your videos are fantastic. I started weightlifting 1,5 months ago and i am quite happy with the progress i have made so far. I’m no Rich Piana yet but i Can see good muscle definition certain places even though i have a higher bodyfat percent. I have always hated exercise especially cardio but now i lift 5-6 times a week and i am trying to do cardio as often as i Can. The lifting is now super fun but the cardio still kinda sucks, but as a sort of motivation i Watch you videos While on the exercise bike and it’s going okay so far. Just wanted to say your videos are greatly motivating but also very good at making me happier with myself and more relaxed in my head with how my weightloss journey is going

The keto buns are great you get three buns for the same calories as one normal bun I like to have just one large meal a day when I get home from work I divide a 1lb pack of 93/7 beef into three burgers grill it up use some ketchup and fat free mayo plus veggies and eat two bags of quest protein chips comes out under 1,300 calories and has 151g of protein then i’ll eat whatever to make up 700 more calories usually an assortment of low calorie snacks like low fat popcorn, jerky, sugar free candy

BCAA's consumed pre-intra-post SLEEP for me feels the most important for a productive future of lifting. Consumption is minimal before sleep, small sips during the night of I happen to wake up, the largest volume being consumed upon opening my eyes

Im in the army so morning is usually a 3-5 mile run m/w/f, but i eat a massive carb/protein meal for breakfeast after to prep for my afternoon lift and extra cardio. include some rein, half gallon of water and its usually enough for a sick pump

I wake up, eat a banana, take some creatine, then go to the gym. On Saturdays and Sundays I get a starbucks for the way to the gym. But I'm just a regular guy that isn't trying to get jacked. Just stay a fit as possible and live longer so I'm around longer for my daughters. I know nothing. Clearly
