The thing about that gun's design is that it looks like they took a Beretta slide, matched to a Sig p320 frame that has a Walther magazine release design.

Running same set up ±1500 rounds and it has not move use blue loctite no issues. It really wakes up in the sun light. I have this optic on another build. It's a great optic.

Thanks for being sensible and cognizant to point out the issue with the holster. I could hear the rumblings of those reaching a conclusion that the mag well sucks. Big Ups for placing 3rd in a large field and “ Keep on training”.

Just picked mine up last week. Im also in Illinois and my came with 4 10rd magazines. So I’m kind of satisfied since we can’t have the 17rd or 20rd. Im just patiently waiting on them to release the 15rd for it

Interesting discovery on the ambimag release and the holster. Hopefully theyre aware of this and release a standard single mag release for those who want to disable that feature.

When I buy my Echelon, I really want the new Trijicon RMR HD. However, Trijicon does not recommend using the HD on the Echelon because the optic sticks out a little over the ejection port. They are afraid it could cause a hang up of rounds being ejected. If I can’t use the RMR HD, I may have to change to the Holosun 507 C in green. I have a red on another gun and I prefer the green. I have green dots on 3 other guns. A gen 5 G43X, gen 5 G22 and a gen 5 G34. The 22 and 34 both have the SCS on them. The 43X has a 507K. Glad to hear you haven’t had any issues with the Echelon after 1000 rounds. I’m still debating on the U notch or three dot.

Excellent Video my Brother Very good detailed breakdown especially the mag release part!!! I’m a XD Fan so this Echelon is definitely getting my attention….. Man You was running in gunning great shooting exercise … Those low shots would be extremely challenging for Me being 6”6 with not the best knees but I’m sure I would find a way to modify my shots.
