SQUAT CHALLENGE // That's right guys it's time for a workout challenge. We are going to bust out 100 squats in less than 5 minutes. 10 different squat exercises - 10 reps of each This is going to be fun :D You can also use these moves as part of a 30 day squat challenge woohoo!

Doing this at home during the Coronavirus outbreak, to keep up with my soccer training. Doing this everyday after my ballwork or runs! Easy but works awesome!

Don't do it everyday do it twice a week Wednesday's, and Saturday's. Your muscles need at least 48 hours to recover and grow!

I did it ...I got through the whole workout! Thanks for your great videos, I never thought it would be so easy to do 100 squats and I am just getting back into shape from size 28 to size 16/18 now so I agree push yourselves and you can get this done!

Did something crazy & did 3 rounds!! 1st round regular, 2nd round with a weight & 3rd round with a booty band.

Done! Thank you for all of your workouts. I love love your low impact workouts in particular. I’ve had 6 children in 10 years, the last delivery was twins a year ago. I’m working hard to be strong and to lose the weight! Thank you!

You did so well. I tried squats for 14days. The first day was rough but it got easier. The one thing I've noticed is that I feel stronger and I'm able to run longer. Try it guys it works.

I do this workout a couple times of week along with your plank challenge! Both are super short but i am literally sweating after doing them! Especially if i do both in one evening!!

I think my fat ass will do 100 squats 100 push ups and cardio a day... No sweets no bread just vegetables fruit and meat but even meat i this will do a few days with out meat in the week hopefully this will get me out of depression and back to feeling better about myself because knows im suicidal badly i know im gonna doe soon but not yet so lets feel better i guess

Yes, I did this challenge for 10 weeks straight 7 days a week and my legs and glutea have a great shape and lift. You can definitely see the definition in the quads and the back of my thighs. I’m taking a break for the nest two weeks but I loved it. It never got easy either the burn is reallllllll

It was definitely safe but if your doing really heavy intense workouts it’s probably not a food idea to do it everyday

SO today I challenged myself t 2 rounds. Completed. i can barely bend to sit down on the chair BUT I feel a sense of accomplishment. Easy;)) Thanks Mrs. Robertson for always challenging me/us! I can always count on you to do that!
