I cannot believe that he doesn’t know how old he is I can’t even imagine living a life so stress free you don’t have to worry about time or anything else so you don’t keep up with it. I saw someone comment about you all being brave for eating the food we are the brave ones because we eat food we buy that has probably been touched and processed at least a hundred times by God knows who or what not to mention treated with all types of pesticides and chemicals That food is straight out of the ground and directly from the animal and no processing. We eat things that can cause cancer and all kinds of diseases this man has probably never even had a cold or anything it’s crazy how safe we think we are because we are use to what something looks like and in our minds it’s safe. Everything they are eating is probably delicious and some of the safest food you can get in the world

The indigenous guy is smart looking. He reminds me of Johnny Depp in the Pirates of the Caribbean. Very nice episode. Life should be simple rather than stressful complex life. One thing that annoys me about videos that foreigners make of Sri Lanka is the Indian music in the background. I'm not sure if they put it in unknowingly or if they cannot be bothered looking up Sri Lankan music. I hope people start putting in Sri Lankan music in videos about Sri Lanka. I’m out of word, seeing this video how this man named “sudha” I think that his name how he was preparing the food without using modern technology, basically it blown my mind the techniques he uses to prepare a meal. Basically by saying this no matter if u live in a house or outside in a jungle, you still can enjoy a lovely meal with heart. The cassava leaf curry he made is full of Vitamin A C and E also full of minerals. He made it very similar to how it’s done in Sri Lankan Auruvedic medicine. I don’t believe that tasted great but incredible medicinal power and no need to worry of COVID after eating that leaf concussion..

There is much interaction with Vedda People. They have being allocated a special territory for their population and exempted them from some common rules from rest of the country ( such as hunting). They are also given all the facilities such as hospitals , schools and so on.. they continoue living simple and happy while protecting their culture and customs . Their current leader is a respected person in Sri Lanka. They also depend on tourism industry both local and foreign for a passive income. But as usual now in Sri Lanka everything,their and our nature and livelihood is under the knife due to urbanisation and in efficient , corrupt politicians and tree and animal poachers threatening the beautiful Lanka as a whole. But aside everything Visit our country, its really beautiful with nature and a also with rich great historical sites and our people are really generous and friendly.
