Sri M - “The activation of each centre is supposed to be accompanied by certain physical, mental and psychic advantages. For instance in the Kularnava Tantra it talks about the Mooladhara centre, if you fix your attention there, in the beautiful golden colour, the characteristic of which is the feeling of beautiful perfumes in the air, which you might feel….. So actually I don’t stress on this too much while giving Kriya because I don’t want you to get too much caught in this…"

About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.

Very nice video and Sri M is a wonderful teacher. The color of some of the Chakras mentioned in this video is different than what Yoga Masters teach, but other than that, a wonderful video.

In my age 35th's, through 'rajayoga' explained by Yogi vivekananda,I went through the first illusions,that the 'ranthal light' l got, to see the path to go beyond. I went through 'prakruthilaya- Karuna and bhoothadaya and I just reached the Soul, the only absolute thing ever met. Wisdom just began to come from inside. I felt it was from my Poorvasmruthi in the inner brain that I got opened. Is like this things are of Smruthi or poorvajanma-Guru ? ---------------------------- (Later I had a disaster to my brain, for 30 years suffering hard-still)_ any remedy ? Sanathanan.
