Last year I lost my mom due to Heart complications from the MRNA vaccination. Today would have been her birthday. She loved watching your videos. I think she had a crush on you. I used to sit and watch them with her and my dad when he was still here. This is a very tough day for me. But I'm watching this video right now in her memory. And I appreciate that it's here. Thank you.

OH. MY. GOD! .... I made this dish tonight. I made those noodles from scratch and followed your recipe and was LITERALLY blown away at how wonderful this dish. I paired it with a Viognier and that made it even better. Thank you so much and this is truly what the internet is for. Your videos are amazing and like the comments below a treasure. God bless you and your entire familia! 🍷🙂👍

I have a question for the chef or anyone really. When cooking for those with a sodium restricted diet (2K mg per day), how does salt in pasta water play into sodium content in the meal? I realize anchovies are salty, along with olives or capers when doing other pastas like puttanesca. Those I think can be measured (and rinsed) for the most part. Does the salt in pasta water come into play as well?
