The number one thing.you can do for anybody when they are introduced to a hobby or a sport is to build desire. I think that's what Mike was trying to get at with some of his questioning.. Those who have high desire will allow themselves to be exposed to the marketplace of ideas where mentors like Stan and Mike come in and sharing their personal experience and studies. And at the same time people with high desire will be willing to discover and observe on their own to make progress independent of book learning and mentoring which is the message of Mike's wife. Both have their place but you'll only be willing to make that effort if desire High Enough or potentially a fear of some outcome that's not desired.

*Ronnie has state clearly how he would be in brutal pain and lift anyway.* In brutal pain before lifting, during lifting and after. *The rebound effect high may have kept him going, but it's still willful self-destruction.* *There is also the insane high after you put heavy weight down, and an 800 lb squat high must be incredible; LIKE YOU ARE FLYING!*

Ronnie wasn't the smartest guy , look at Cutler he seems in great health. Lot smarter in the gym.

@@saulwest8254 and has a better physique while Ronnie last time I checked is hardly walking it's sad but to be a bodybuilder and think you have to go in squatting 800 lbs or whatever he squatted to build mass that's stupid as fuck he was a genetic freak and could high squatted 400 lbs and still be a monster
@melvingibson4525 Жыл бұрын
Oh yeah I have squatted 600 for reps can only imagine the high from hitting 800

Bro just cycle it. if you’re competing for a show then stay with chicken breast during your diet down. Chicken thighs are good for bulk or just staying lean year round

Mona, Mike , and Stan ALL NEED to start reading GOD'S WORD THE BIBLE. And need to know WHAT IS ABOUT TO HOT THE WHOLEWIDE WORLD 🌎, and HOW there very lives will NEVER EVER BE THE SAME AGAIN, with all this love for Fitness and etc. People, get ready for the U.N. TO ATTACT ALL RELIGION WORLDWIDE. After this happens, the VERY WORST, is NEXT TO COME.

Yeah. When I was younger I was 265 and big. Now I’m 235 and can run and am still pretty big. I’d rather be well rounded. All depends on the individuals goals.
