I mean, RD's never had to fight that horse, but when dealing with a world of magic, don't over-estimate your guns, just sayin'. Also, this deathbattle is pretty old. RD has likely gotten even faster than she was here.

the accuracy of the calculations are 100%. also if she can fly mock 10 she is definitely going to be able to react to his weaponry. moreover if she can fly that fast without any sort of amor her body would have to be able to take the g force that would be exerted on her body. which would be tremendous which means DURABILITY she can also break mountains. none of the transformers have mountain buster level durability

I'm pretty sure some type of gun exist in Ponyville, especially when back in season 2 in the episode May the Best Pet Win, Rainbow Dash mentions she needed something fast like a bullet to keep up with her.

Wow, this Death Battle is still getting reactions? Well, I won either way on this one because I love Transformers and MLP. First time I watched this, I was actually really surprised Dashie won, but then I realized how much G1 Starscream sucked, so I guess fair's fair lol. Either way, understandable reaction from people who I assume aren't familiar with MLP.

This was made when MLP:FIM was at the height of popularity. It was intentionally made as a joke battle, which is why Starscream was Rainbow Dash’s opponent. If this were taken seriously, it’d probably be against Optimus, or a flying Autobot.

From what I understand, the battle was only initially intended as a joke, but once they began doing research on RD, they began to take the matchup much more seriously as they learned just what all she was capable of. So, I don't believe it's a joke battle.

phoenixwright7 oh, right. I forgot that they mentioned seeing episode 3 of season 2 after this was made, and, needless to say, they were impressed. It’s still an obviously one sided battle, and I love it. Someone actually asked why Starscream lost if he’s technically still alive as a Spark, and the answer was “Even if Starscream “escapes”, Equestria is a land with so little technology, he’d probably wind up in a sewing machine, or a camera”.

Well i know The mach cone around Rainbow dash means she had broken the sound barrier & the angle proved she could reach mach 5. And i know The character has to go beyond that to do her signature move which apparently makes her go mach 10. But considering the character has evolved a lot since this video came out i have no clue what the characters current speed actually is. Im sure someone can calculate all her speeds feets & come up with something concrete someday.

Josh Blackwell Late reply but several characters slower than RD have massively Hypersonic+ speed feats, and even some Sub-relativistic speed feats from higher tiers.
