@@saicsclinical dietitian here! What matters here is not only eating in this combination (carbs, protein, fats, fibre and what makes you happy) but also the quality of food that you eat. Yes, fries and coke will make you full but for a short amount of time. Instead, try pairing one of your favourite foods with something to add to it. For example; mixing fries with vegtable fries (vegetables cut into fries), also remember to do portion control (50-50) of both types of fries instead of adding veggie fries to a full portion of traditional fries. Make a homemade yoghurt or tofu based sauce for dipping. What matters is the quality of the carbs you’re having, limit simple carbs (limit not eliminate) and add complex carbs.

AMEN!!!! I was keto for 3 years, and lost a ton of weight, but when I started adding healthy (and unhealthy) carbs back into my diet I felt completely happy and satisfied when I was honestly feeling totally restricted on keto (even though I lost weight). I have been eating this way for over a year now, and yes I eat healthy carbs and sugar, but I also IM fast and exercise regularly. There is a method to this madness 😅 now if you’re starting out and are over weight there might be a certain strategy you may need to implement, if you want a faster fat loss, but I am in maintenance phase and I just want a long term plan that works for me and let’s me be happy. I’ve worked so hard for so many years. Now it’s time to fit a plan into my daily life that I can keep for long term. 😊 let me stress that everyone is different and not every plan works for everyone, so trial and Erin could quite possibly be your way of learning what works best for you individually. ❤

Yes I used to eat carbs, sugar , and what makes me happy, end up 230 lbs, now I eat what I need and I am happy and loosing weight.

Do you see the things she is eating though? She has a variety and it is nutritious. She isn't saying eat a dozen donuts in one sitting. She is saying to give your body nutrition rather than eating as little as possible to be thin.

Yes seriously. What she is saying is relevant for people who will still practice self control.

@@rebeccahager5656Nobody eats like she is showing. Looks good on video. Very unrealistic in real life. I don’t eat 90% (or more) of the things she showed. I workout everyday. I’m 58, fit and doing fine.

Thank you for saying this! And also, to anybody struggling with eating more, food is fuel. Your body needs it, you need it. It is something that helps you, not breaks you.
