The audio quality sounds good. Your voice has a lot of warmth and presence with that miking configuration. Good info as well.

Assuming Dr approval is required for training, what form does proof of approval come in? The client's word, a letter, an Rx?, sports physical form of some sort? Does NASM have any templates for this?

Awesome podcast! I've been wondering about this ever since I got certified. I have Quick question about the OHSA. So lets say a client shows knee valgus during the very first session. Would I want to have them SMR the overactive muscle before moving into the work out? and should I do the same (SMR the overactive muscle from the initial assessment) before beginning of every workout as well?

since SMR and stretching are parts of warm up session, and warm up is a preparation for the muscle to do bouts of exercise,so the answer is yes. the client already shows the compensation. i'm a nasm cpt too.
