Starting My 75 Hard Challenge | Vlog2

I've heard a lot about the 75 hard challenge, so I figured I'd try it out. At first, I thought it'd be easy but it wasn't. It's not the fact that it was hard, but the fact that I am now comfortable. Ima keep at it and I will update ya'll 75 days from now.

Goggins is a beast. I bet you have done hard things in you life. More then you might consider. How is the challenge going?

The challenge is going well. With all things considered, I’ll say that working out twice a day is the biggest challenge by far. But I’ve definitely found a way around that.

@@Eli.G12 Yeah I can agree with you there. I was doing it for a while and still do to a certain degree. Gym in the morning. Cardio in the afternoon
