Hey Bella, just wanted to drop you a note. I'm 55, been carnivore for little over a year. Lost 30 pounds, off all blood pressure meds, all IBS symptoms gone, and so are my symptoms from my autoimmune issues. My wonderful son turned me on to this and it has been life changing. One of the best things ever to happen. Now, why I wrote to you is because your recipes are simple and delicious. Have you ever considered writing a carnivore cookbook? Your recipes truly are different. Thought I would throw that out there. Can't wait to try the tacos. Keep up the good work!! Good Bless😊

I made the cheese taco shells with extra sharp cheddar cheese in a pan and sprinkled pork rind panko over the top oh my gosh they are so good I bought some parchment paper rounds and a taco shell mold and let them harden for about 10 minutes

Ooh that sounds yummy! The cheese she says is raw mozzarella doesn’t really look like it. It says Jack style on the cheese itself. I’m confused. Maybe I should just try cheddar 🤔

Bella, great job as usual. For the soft shells, consider putting the grilled shells on parchment covered cookie sheet in a 250 degrees F oven for 15 minutes. This will dry the shells and make them even more like a traditional tortilla.

I finally started losing weight. It took me 6 weeks, but, I have lost 10 lbs. I've gone from 262 down to 252. It's a start. My blood sugar is starting to level out. My A1C is 6.2, which is pre diabetic. I was completely out of the diabetic zone when we did keto and then eased up on my keto diet when my son was losing too much weight from his cancer. He is in remission, but, chemotherapy screwed up his gut and all he can eat is meat....so, now we are carnivore....it will help both of us. I had back surgery 3 weeks ago, fusion of the L2 through L5. It is a horribly painful surgery and my spine was way worse than what showed on the MRI. I have Ankylosing spondylitis. My son is now doing the cooking for both of us. He is learning how easy and quick it is to cook on the carnivore diet. Thank you for all your recipes and encouragement.

My husband and I had tried the Mediterranean diet, Weight Watchers, low fat and South Beach for the last 30 years. We lost and we gained back pounds. I wanted us to “ eat as my grandparents ate”, foods with few ingredients but fresh, unprocessed ingredients. We stumbled upon KETO 2 years ago and we each lost over 40 pounds. Now we are mainly carnivores, some days Ketovore. Thank you for the recipes which I will add to my new recipe collection. Wow, this is wonderful! Thank you for sharing. I can't wait to try this. I've always been looking for a replacement for tortillas. Excellent use of chicken and eggs! WOW.
