Although I’m late to comment, very well thought out. Wisdom from a 60 year old who has lived a physical life. Care for your joints, fight for flexibility and mobility. Rather than ask where you will be in 90 days, ask yourself where will you be when your 90? Use all 3

Best tool that translates over to my boxing and shoulder mobility is club bells. I think mace bell is superior for throwing and smashing strength, so it's better for grappling. And kettlebell in my opinion is better for grip and firearm strength

I have and would suggest use of all 3 kb/ mb/ cb...all have their uses and not to mention variety is a good thing. Also throw in resistance bands and sandbag 😇...invested in your own Lil personal home gym

Good feedback, toward the end u made a good point, body weight movements rule them all, but if i had one tool to pick it would be the mace. Its more a mobility tool for me

In my experience clubbell is better for rehab/prehab and grip. And once you master it the two hand clubbell swing is superior to kettlebell 2 hand swing (due to size of KB small handles ). Kb are superior for strenght though. Macebell for conditioning ans versatility.
