I just want to take a moment to tell you that your work is one of a kind, a true servant of the Word of Truth. My spiritual journey is and has been coming to a point where the things I come across are no longer by chance, if they ever were. In the beginning I sought this thing or that, but since fully giving myself over to a life of non resistance, I have noted that many things fall into my lap. Low I hear a thousand things, there's no mistaking the one thing meant for me, in this case, today and all this week, your meditation topics are sounding like a gong in my head, reverberating like a ripple on the water.. thank you so much for being so truthful and direct and speaking with passion and meaning. At my level, whatever level that may be, it is truly a delight to hear. I especially enjoy when I hear others reference ethics and morality being a key component to an enlightened mind and that without them, we waste our time. Sacred sexuality has been my search for a bit now since I discovered the sacred secretion in the alchemical understanding of Christos or raising the Chrism. More and more it pulls me to a central theme that was once believed to be another religion, yet it's not. It's simply a central understanding and it's always been that. This isn't a path for the light hearted, but one that cannot be undone once a certain level has been achieved. I appreciate you in this strange and invigorating walk, a true brother speaking in incorruptible light. Namaste

1. We restrain the sexual energy on the physical level 2. We are able to sense/control the subtle prana of vital body 3. We see the mind (emotions and thoughts) to be the movement of prana at another level and settle them through the same pranayama 4. The mind is still and thus we are able to withdraw from it! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

White sexual magic is the sexual act between spouses, man and woman, while within devotional prayer to God, transmuting the sexual force while withdrawing in time, retaining that sexual force in gratitude. The couple will sing in harmony together within the sexual act IAO extending each vowel for the entirety of one breath out, to then inhale and begin anew with the next vowel. This is to be repeated throughout the time of coitus. If any further understanding is needed please read and study the books of our Venerable Master Samael Aun Weor.

Hello i wannted to know more about the pranayama exercise Imagine the solar energy arriving to the mind Is it from the root chakra or from above? Like actually imaging a golden ball of brilliance light and warm and taking in the energy as we inhale and then by the time we exhale it reaches the heart

I am unclear as to how chakras work. Correct me if I'm wrong, but to summarize, you mentioned they were intersections of channels where prana flows, in the energetic aspect of our body. At another point, you said that while the channels move energy from place-to-place, the chakras move energy from dimension-to-dimension. What did you mean by "dimension" and how does a "point of intersection" enable such a thing?

And so if a person has basically wasted their prana until their mid 50's, is there any reason for them to begin practices like these? Is this life basically wasted and they must wait until the next reincarnation? Or are there earthly deeds, karma, that they should or might attend to instead?
@Glorian2 жыл бұрын
When you learn how to stop harming yourself, why would you continue to harm yourself? Isn't it better to immediately change for the better?
@Paul_Palma2 жыл бұрын
@@Glorian thank you for your response. Of course, I agree , t's better to stop harming one's self by a change in behavior. I guess my question should be, can someone still expect to gain Union / Yoga, or proper meditation if they take up practice later in a conventional life?
@Glorian2 жыл бұрын
It is not a question of age or time, but attention. Your age could be of benefit: you have now suffered enough that the vanities of youth no longer distract you, and you are increasingly aware of the brevity of life. This can give you great determination to make the best of each remaining day.

Thank you so much for this playlist. It certainly has educated me into how to properly meditate. There’s so much more to it than I thought I knew. Question, when practicing this simple pranayama exercise, I find myself having to breathe a couple of times after exhaling before breathing in and imagining solar energy rising. Should I not do that and instead keep the breathing consecutively?
@bossybuddha Жыл бұрын
Your practicing it correctly. You do not have to do it consecutively. Pranayama should be done in a relaxed manner without strain.

Hello I'm a little unclear on the last part of the video: the Pranayama exercise. After exhaling and focusing on the energy arriving at our heart, do we once again inhale and hold breath? In other words, is the exercise a loop of holding our breaths for as long as possible on each inhale? Thank you for the content you make, and all the resources you have for free.

I think with Ham Sa, the only difference is the added mantra, right? That must be the exception with sound in which we vocalize "tsa".
@Glorian Жыл бұрын
If you are using that particular pranayama as preparation for meditation, you will vocalize that mantra, and we advise that you do so as quietly as possible, with as little movement as possible. To access meditation effectively one needs stillness and silence.

Here a more detailed explanation of the Pranayama exercise introduced in this video: "In the beginning, we did a breathing exercise in which, with relaxation and concentration we filled our lungs and then held the breath for as long as was comfortable, imagining that the restrained breath was like an energy or a light filling the brain with light and fire. We held the breath as long as we could, and then we exhaled, sending that same light and fire into the heart in order to nourish the heart. This breathing practice is called in Sanskrit, ‘pranayama’, which in one way means, ‘to harness the wind’. But the deeper meaning is ‘to harness the force of life’. Variations of the exercise are common throughout religions, but unfortunately, in the western religions those techniques have been largely forgotten." Found on the Glorian website. Maybe it will help someone.
@curt6525 Жыл бұрын
Is the pranayama excercise at the end all one breath? It says retain a breath, imagine energy going up to brain, exhale and focus on the heart on the way down? Is that correct? Thanks
@Glorian Жыл бұрын
Yes, this is one inhalation and exhalation. Inhale and imagine solar energy rising to the brain. Pause, and hold the breath for as long as comfortable. Exhale and focus on the energy arriving in your heart. Pause, relax, and repeat.

Hey I'm in love with your content. I just have one question, whenever I practice pranayama, my stomach makes a weird sound what is that sound??
@bossybuddha Жыл бұрын
Your stomach should not be making any obtrusive sounds. Apply a more gentle technique, since holding in breath too long may cause some issues. If, that is not the case, then it may be better technique. This means reviewing the instructions again. The last issue is that there are many pranayama techniques out there, not all of them are applicable for the work we do, so please look at the quality of instructions; its relationship to meditation and ability to transmute the sexual force to stabilize the mind and heart.
@alishi961 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for replying, I don't tend to breathe forcefully at all, my breathing is smooth and effortless. The thing is that sometimes whenever I do it on an empty stomach it makes a sound when I breathe deeply into my lower abs and breathe out. I don't feel any pain or weird sensations. @@bossybuddha

In step four the aim is to still the breath and the sexual energy, so that the consciousness is not conditioned by them. On the other hand, when we are unaware of the breath and the sexual energy, or worse, when they are actively conditioning our attention, then meditation is impossible.
