This is so good. ‘They don’t care if you heal or not they are just moving on with their life’ it’s your responsibility. Spot on.

I am proof that you do. Think it truly is about watching Podcasts like yours, doing the healing work, and really accepting the fact that you truly cannot get water from a stone. I don't mean that in a flippant or cruel kind of way, but understanding that they very sincerely are simply not capable. Not even about their willingness...they very sincerely are truly incapable and it is NOT personal. Not about me, or you, or the one before you, or the one after you. Should their next partner have the ability to tolerate all the unhealthy and highly toxic behaviors they exhibited in your relationship with them, that is their choice. I personally decided that is simply not the kind of life or relationship I want for myself and had to realize they are not capable of giving me; they couldn't then, can't now, and never will.

I was in a relationship with a alcoholic narcissist woman. It has been the hardest time of my life . Everything that goes with them including hook ups . Even in front of me . I was weak for hanging in . Do I sailed with my dog to another country on a tropical island. I’ve lost lots of weight and way healthier and fit . I still feel pain as I was still in touch living with hope. . But her life is still the same and I have flourished. I’ve learnt a lot about trauma bonding . I can’t believe I allowed myself to be in this pathetic position. In the last 2 years no woman only working on my well-being

Yes, married one and had 3 kids with her. Had addiction issues myself but nowhere near as damaging and dangerous as hers. Family ruined and these people take no accountability whatsoever. Textbook abusive behavior and sorry to hear another similar story to my own. She’s not so open with cheating but definitely has gotten caught and feels no shame. Hope to get stronger like yourself.

Two things I do to help myself is I listen to narcissistic healing podcasts right before I go to sleep. And in the morning I read the Bible and pray.🙏😊

That's a brilliant strategy, who's your favorite podcaster? I need to start doing more of that on my channel. {Podcast style videos.}.

I’ve been following you since the beginning & let me just say, a huge thanks goes to you! You’ve helped me on my healing journey and to where I can help and share your words to others who are in that “confused” stage. I’m now divorced and happy.

i know this is kinda off-topic, but i kept seeing comments about Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki in videos like this, and i finally decided to read it. honestly, it’s one of those books where you don’t realize how much it’s helping until you start noticing people treating you differently. it’s like the book shows you how to unlock a version of yourself you didn’t even know was there. subtle, but so effective.

men also face narcissistic abuse from narcissistic women. so would be grateful if you tailor videos focused on men IF there are differences. if not no worries. Your talks have helped me greatly.

This intriguing video serves as a poignant reminder of the heartache I've been enduring since my 7 year relationship came to an end 3 months ago. My cherished partner, the love of my life, made the difficult decision to part ways, leaving me consumed by thoughts of him. Despite my earnest attempts to win him back, I find myself facing frustration and an overwhelming sense of emptiness, unable to envision a life without his presence. Despite my efforts to move on, I'm compelled to confess my lingering feelings and longing for him here.

The process of releasing a loved one can be an uphill battle. I can relate, having navigated a similar journey when my 4 year relationship dissolved. Despite the heartache, I refused to relinquish hope and embarked on a quest to win her back. Turning to a spiritual counselor for assistance, I found guidance that ultimately led to our reconciliation.

My 50-year-old sister has become a grandmother for the very first time. She absolutely adores him with all of her heart! Sadly, her son who I think has learned from his wife is starting to use the baby to manipulate my sister. For example, just this morning, he told her that if they were not allowed to bring their dog over to her house when they come for a visit, they won’t be coming very often anymore, and that she will not be able to see the baby as often. Problem is, the dog is crazy and destructive, and my sister doesn’t want him there. Period. I have two questions. First of all, what words should my sister use in order to address this situation with her son and daughter-in-law. Secondly, is it ever appropriate to point out at least to her son that his tactics that he is using are actually damaging and are actually manipulation. Like can she show him a video perhaps? I don’t know but seeking answers for her. She is deeply hurt right now. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. They have used the baby to manipulate her other times as well.

i know this isn’t really about the video, but has anyone else seen people talking about the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki? i finally gave in after seeing it everywhere, and i can see why people keep bringing it up. it’s super practical and teaches you how to strengthen your presence in a way that feels authentic. i didn’t think something like this would work, but i’ve definitely noticed how people interact with me differently now-it’s like they’re drawn to me without me trying.

i know this isn’t what the video’s about, but i had to mention how i kept seeing Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki in comments everywhere. curiosity got the better of me, and i finally read it. it’s wild how much it changes your mindset and the way you come across to others. it’s not about pretending to be confident-it’s about genuinely building that energy so it shows naturally. definitely worth all the buzz it’s been getting.

this might be a bit unrelated, but i kept seeing Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki popping up in comments everywhere, so i decided to check it out. the book’s all about working on your energy and presence, and it’s way more practical than i expected. after applying what it teaches, i’ve noticed people are more drawn to me, and i feel more confident without trying too hard. it’s been such a low-key but powerful shift
