@@clarissa8477 I believe he’s guilty bc he definitely showed signs of lying time and time again. He was seeing another woman; he was abusive to Suzanne; he had just found out she was seeing someone else and was going to divorce him, which would totally ruin him financially & personally infuriated him. His actions Re financial gain including the manipulation of his daughters, attempted manipulation of Suzanne’s elderly father re access to her money when she had only just gone missing, as if he knew she wasn’t ever coming back. The fact that Suzanne had refused to give her inheritance to him for a venture right before her death; his refusal to help Suzanne’s brother search (as he actually wanted to find her), he threatened her brother with a gun saying he’d shoot anyone who stepped over his property’s boundary during the search, actually defending the boundary line carrying a rifle, instead of joining the search; his suspicious locations at various times on the weekend in question, & that he lied about said locations. (Cars GPS proved this.) He did not act like a man who’s wife had been abducted - he didn’t seem to care - he had some very strange episodes during the one search he attended; his answers when spoken to by a youtuber seemed to be a concocted memorised story; his suggested possible scenarios to deflect attention from himself were ridiculous; insisting at first that a wild cat had killed her & thrown her bicycle down the mountain); he was seen apparently disposing of evidence, and actually planting fake evidence to be found in the early hours. He was caught out lying about the job he was supposed to be at when Suzanne disappeared; the job being quite a distance away and unusually on a Sunday, Mother’s Day. Employees said no work was actually done. It appeared to be a pre arranged alibi. He had a neighbour unknowingly report a scenario Re Suzanne’s disappearance that he had manipulated to suit himself. His “plea for her return” was scripted and pre recorded - it was the most disingenuous, cringey couple of minutes I have ever seen. All reports from people who know him say he is a dangerous bully who stood over Suzanne, had a terrible temper if he didn’t get his way, & would get revenge on anyone who tried to cross him. Their daughters were both coincidentally away on the weekend of disappearance; he cashed in immediately Suzanne went missing by selling the house, land and assets, moving in with girlfriend; 4am on the morning before Suzanne was reported missing he was driving erratically with a Bob cat on his trailer (very convenient for a quick burial). The cap from a tranquilliser (used with a tranquilliser gun, which he owned) was found in his dryer . He had no explanation. I just don’t like the guy. 🤷🏻♀️ My gut says he murdered his tiny wife. I think he killed her with his bare hands in a fit of rage.

I live in Colorado. Letecia Stauch does not have multiple personalities. When she was interviewed by a local reporter on KKTV. She refused to face the camera. Her story never made since from the beginning. I turned to my husband and I said she did something to him. I never believed her story. She has spent the last three years jerking everyone's chains in delaying this case being prosecuted. Gannon was a 11 year old boy & his story is so tragic. Sweet child, who did not deserve what happened to him. She was never mentally ill she is just a True Evil Monster. She is a sociopath/psychopath. I hope that they put her in the most secure prison. She has tried to escape many times and she knows what she did was wrong. But she just didn't care, she shows no emotions, except if it is about her. I think Barry Morphew is guilty as sin. He seems to be a total psycho. I am no sure how his two grown daughters shown laughing and holding on to his hands and arms as he is released from jail. If my Dad was charge with the disappearance of his wife, their mother. I would not go near him and I certainly would not be seen laughing. Were they possible involved? They left for a weekend away during Mother's Day weekend out of state. They seem to be very close to their Dad. I have never heard them state anything about their Mom. ALSO! For Susan’s case, unless they dismissed Barry’s charges with prejudice (meaning dismissed permanently), they can potentially bring those charges up again, some think that double Jeopardy would be applied here but double Jeopardy only counts towards the conviction. You cannot be tried and convicted of the same crime twice which means it would have to stem from the same event, not a new event in which they could be charged with the same or similar offenses so if they dismiss the charges without prejudice they can open the case again or file a new case then proceed as far as I know.

I don’t usually cry watching trials, but when Landen and Al gave their impact statements I was crying. Letecia lied about so many things. She doesn’t have a masters or a doctorate and she’s not a flight attendant. Zav Girl KZbin channel has some great information on LS. She did a phone interview /video with a lady who went to high school with LS. The lady said LS beat up a girl so harsh that she ended up in the hospital for days. That was in 2000, the beginning of LS crimes. The prosecutors were great and Judge Warner. LS picked up Landen at the airport with the suitcase/Gannon’s body inside the the suv according to Landen. She had hidden the suitcase for a while in a park/woods. With it being January, I’m assuming his precious little body was frozen. To top it off, the suitcase was given as a gift to Landen from her aunt. I’m assuming when Al and Landen divorced it got left behind. It’s truly a miracle that the bridge inspectors were evaluating the bridge for any structural damage because they only inspect every 2 years. Zav girl also posted a video with all the criminal charges LS had committed over the years. LS told her daughter , Harley that her father had been killed in a robbery but Harley learned during the trial that he actually died from drug overdose. I suspect that Chance Hunt may not be her real father because he’s extremely white. Harley has much darker skin, I suspect that her father may be African American, not that it matters of course but just proves more lies from LS. If you haven’t heard about murderer former attorney Alex Murdaugh in South Carolina, it has so many dynamics. Drugs, murder, theft of multimillions stolen from his clients. He was a plaintiff attorney and represented clients who had suffered from horrible accidents. His great grandfather, grandfather and father had served as solicitors/prosecutors who were corrupt and controlled Hampton county since 1921. His son Paul, was intoxicated driving their boat, 19 year old Mallory Beech was thrown from the boat, her body wasn’t found for 8 days. Edit- Alex killed his wife, Maggie and his son Paul at his 1700 acre estate.

I worked on a psychiatric ward where we had some true “multiples”, because one of our psychiatrists was renouned for his work with them. One of our patients was married with little ones. Someone had to stay with her at all times (her mom or her husband, mainly) because one of her personalities did not like the children. MPD or Disociative Disorder is not real common. But a true multiple does not know what the alters are doing when they come out. They lose that time. I do not know this story. I am interested to hear more. The first big question is, is she a true multiple, or is she using this as an excuse? We had a few “fakers” also. A good psychiatrist who understands this can tell. I’ve seen real multiples who I have seen completely “change” in demeanor and actual physical appearance without saying a word. I could tell from across the room they were someone else.

This is truly a horrible crime. But our outrage should not negate the fact that mental illness is a big factor in crime. It needs to be looked into in order to better understand these broken minds and the signs of things going wrong before it's too late. Also, I have seen many good caring mothers lose custody to the fathers and the new wife where he is too busy to do the actual child rearing and it becomes the responsibility of the stepmother. Did Ganon even have the rights to be in touch with his mom whenever he wanted someone to hear his problems?

A question for those that followed Leticia the Evil's trial. If she was not keen on watching Gannon during his dad's absence for work, why didn't he live with his biological mother? I will keep watching Ana and her guest to see if they cover that. It is just a question that I have always had.

Ganon's parents were both shirking their responsibilities. Father was cheating on the step m-monster, that probably triggered her.

@@ninaballerina8136 Hi, Nina. Just a truly sad and waste of yet another innocent lovely boy. Sickening. I just heard his mother's victim statement. She showed no remorse for taking responsibility for him. I wonder how many other kids she has. Poor little man. There is absolutely no excuse to bring children into this world if you can't be bothered to take care of them each day. Rant over.

Absolutely, I watched her interview and I was thinking 🤔 wtf...because she indicated that she was just going through some things, not an addict, nothing like the things Leticia had said about her...ok then go get your kid because if the dad works a job that he is gone alot and you don't have any issues why aren't you running to get your son??? I am not trying to be rude but a lot of us are wondering 💭

During her sentencing, after Al and Landen gave their impact statements, that b*tch had the audacity to ask the Judge if she could be housed in a mental facility. She’s truly evil. Zav Girl KZbin channel has proven documentation that LS had been committing crimes since year 2000.

That ol’ Barry, he’ll always make himself whole “ feeling”, he loves himself, more than anyone, very apparent the last few years since his beautiful wife ended up missing, sadly, Mother’s Day, when Suzanne fought cancer twice, then she’s gone?? Her daughters never once that anyone’s aware of, asking for help to find their mom... They walked proudly by their dad, stands firm with him, just like that!!

First time I heard about this case and I am so shocked and sad about what happened to that poor little guy. 🥺 He is a spitting image of my great nephew, same age, same smile who I love so much. Absolutely incomprehensible to me how a person so close to him could hurt him like that.…beating, stabbing, shooting. 🥺 This monster is crazy, no doubt, but she knew what she was doing. Great to hear that she will be in prison for the rest of her miserable life. I hope the other inmates will provide her with pure hell. As for Gannons mum, she is such a strong brave woman. It was so heartbreaking when she said he came into life fghting for his life and he had to fight again while leaving it. Could not finish the video after that…😢 For Gannon ❤️🕯🧸

From the very beginning, I knew something was afoot. She was emotionless on the tv clips I watched. She should've been distraught. When my friend's daughter was abducted, she had to be heavily medicated. Bad mouthing the mother was a deflection but instead of making the mother look bad, it made Leticia look bad. 2 escape attempts is not the behavior of an innocent woman. Hurting & killing that precious boy the way she did was purely evil.

It was a slow response because Leticia reported him as a runaway vs missing also I believe it’s after the age of 10 in Colorado you’re considered a runaway vs missing. They are trying to pass Gannon’s law that would require all call about missing kids under the age of 13 or 14 to be considered missing until proven otherwise.

Thanks Ana & Robert for spending Friday night with me here down under. Great podcast tonight. Leticia deserves to rot for what she did to Gannin. His mother was so brave and so gracious in her victim impact statement, god bless her. I believe to the core of my soul that Barry Morphew is guilty. I follow Mike King on Profiling Evil. Mike is an ex profiler, law enforcement etc. He has a long history in chasing bad guys. He has spoken about this case often and Barry’s behaviour. As you know Ana, I’m a Criminology student and also believe what Mike has said about Barry. It also fits the profile of Intimate Partner Homicide. Thanks for sharing another Friday night with me! ❤️

I cannot believe what this crazy stepmother did to her stepson! And we just keep hearing the stories about step, parents and parents hurting or killing their children. I just had a baby she’s 15 months old and I know that I will never leave my partner because of how this sick world is now and I will die before something happens to my girls that I could have prevented. How in the world can you be so crazy jealous of a person and so upset with your husband that you kill their child and the way that she did talk about overkill. It’s just heartbreaking 💔 Landon said that she was supposed to come pick her up from the airport and she never did because little did she know her son was in a suitcase in the back of her car in the parking lot. She also called Landon from Gannon’s phone. It’s just unbelievable and disgusting. I hope prison is not good to her, I hope every day of her life she gets her butt beat. I hope true Justice is served while she is there. I’m a stepmom and I could never!! Actually, I just got full custody of my nine-year-old stepdaughter with her dad. Her mom is actually insanely jealous of me and I’m not fond of her because she has not been the best mother to my daughter. She’s actually been really abusive and it is going to take YEARS to get this baby girl to understand she is worth everything and very loved. She thinks she’s not good at anything, and overall just very poorly of herself. She is a wonderful child, and very resilient. I too, went through things like this as a child so my parents taught me what not to do. I just will never understand how someone a child loves and sees no flaws with could ever be hurt by a parent. Sorry for such a long comment. It’s just been three years of this and I still cannot believe what she did to that baby!! It’s really true what they say every child deserves a parent, but not every parent deserves a child 😢

The cops didn't show up for so long because Colorado Springs has a useless police force. Half the time you call 911 you'll be on hold for at least fifteen minutes, and then it'll take another hour or so for anyone to arrive. And that's for a call of someone shooting.
