nut and screws vibrate and will move the chasis overtime when it become loose. Japanese has taught about this so they make the screw hole bigger to allow a bit free play. I think The idea of stiffen or fill up the screw gap will 100% improve the car but your car chasis will loose it ability to allow small movement. In other word your chances to damage the chasis and frame of your car is very high. I think better to just tighten the bolts of your chasis :)

The rings are made from aluminum. Once it's installed they "crush" to the shape that the bolt gap is like, thus sealing the gap. Since the aluminum is soft enough to fill the gap, it won't damage the subframe/chassis.
