Sawadee krub N'Nin 🙏 My mom makes this dish very often. I have to say this recipe brings back a lot of memories. The chicken is very tender and flavorful. I like the way you marinaded the chicken too because it gives a nice color! I can eat 2 bowls of rice easily with this. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It reminds of good times.
