Marketing copy and design has gotten incredibly complex, losing sight of the end-user. Example? Left-aligned copy beats Center-aligned copy in reading tests, yet a need to appear ""cool"" pushes copy into a center-aligned layout. Same for white text on a colored background (harder to read than black text on a colored background). Same for Call to Action buttons that don't start with ""Click here...""
