Don’t know what to say since I do all these exercises, so here’s a recipe on pancakes: INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 1 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 cups self-raising flour 1/3 cup CSR Caster Sugar Butter, for frying, plus extra, to serve Maple syrup, to serve METHOD Step 1 Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla together in a jug. Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Make a well in the centre. Add milk mixture. Whisk until just combined. Step 2 Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter or spray with cooking oil. Using 1/4 cup mixture per pancake, cook 2 pancakes for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface. Turn and cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Repeat with remaining mixture, greasing pan with butter or cooking oil between batches. Step 3 Serve with maple syrup and extra butter.

Great video, learned allot from you guys. But theres one thing bugging me. The hspu you mentioned. Its harder when facing your back against the wall imo. And if you move your hands closer to the wall, you dont have to arch your back that much. Also when you have your stomach towards the wall, you have to tip toe via the wall back up when pushing out. I know you dont have that issue because your feet come off the wall. But most of us cant do that...

6:30 just need to carefully regulate your range of motion at the bottom of the triceps dip. don't let your elbows bend more than 90 degrees and then the angle of the shoulders at the torso can be just as reasonable as with the chest dip. depends on your mobility of course. Even going chest all the way down to the floor in a standard push-up can truly challenge the shoulder's range of motion....

@mario88335 жыл бұрын
Well man, this is because mosr poeple who train in the gym don't know how to do it properly . When you train in cali you train in multifrequence your muscles (which is better than training each muscle once a week) and you do basically all compound movements which allow your body to express more strenght and engage more muscles at the same time. So for exame with weights you should focus on pull ups, bent rowing, bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press (and all their variations) and stuff like this, and training all the body at least twice a week. Because in this way you recreate the anabolic window and the muscle grows more, and, those compound movements not only trains more muscles simultaneously but also allow you to put on a lot of weight (of course the more weight the less reps) and this is a further hard mechanic tension on your muscle (so stretching and flexing it has to endure a lot more weight) and so it damages more and this stimulate muscle growth. (of course if you train the same muscles a lot of times a week you don't have to train till failure every time, it would be controproductive and to hard to stand)
@Cheburashka_4203 жыл бұрын

Good video, but I disagree with the back to the wall HSPUs. To do the back to the wall HSPUs, the trick is to bend the knees slightly so that everything down the shins becomes vertical. The mistake people make is simply that they have a poor awareness of their handstand position and rely on the wall to place themselves rather than use the wall to simply not have to worry about balance.

Thank you saitama for your time.

I didn't know about the handstand push-ups! Gonna start facing the wall and see how it feels. As for the dips, you'll mitigate the strain on the shoulders if you turn your wrists (i.e., fingers) outwards. Still bending your elbows backwards, it can be a great, harmless way to hit those triceps. Easily adjustable to make them easier or more challenging, too.
