Lyric from a Robbie Williams song, Eternity, comes to mind too, "Youth is wasted on the young, before you know it's come and gone too soon" If we had the power too soon, we'd probably waste it. Our experiences make us who we are, and we need them to recognise our power. great video, thank you.

This makes alot of sense! I am going on 49 and I finally realize I get stuck in the negative stories I tell myself. Do you have any advice on how to stop this cycle, I know I have reached a turning point but it's so engrained I need help retraining my mind so I can get my power back and attract better things. Great video!

I am so happy you realized this is happening! That’s the first step, and since I have been there it’s a matter of noticing your thoughts and catching yourself thinking this way. When you notice your thoughts ask yourself why are you thinking this? Follow that thread of thoughts that say why and at the end of it you’ll know why. You will land in the root of the story. That is all they are is stories. I sure hope this makes sense! ❤
