OMG! I was literally looking for orthopedic surgeons who work on shoulders. The pain would wake me up in the middle of the night! I even had shockwave therapy on it! I found your video, and in less than a week the pain is gone! Thanks so much... Now I have to try your full body yoga.

I never comment on anything but just had to say this . I've had shoulder pain for years and after four days of this my pain is basically gone. I'm doing some of the series for men over 50 but I plan to keep doing this for maintenance. I like that your videos are easy to follow and short enough that I don't get overwhelmed while I work up to a little more challenge. Great job

Stay hydrated before and after performing these stretches to help prevent muscle cramps and promote overall muscle health. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay properly hydrated

K9 psych 101 Anxiety in dogs is often due to lack of trust in their leader. They're always looking for weakness and will try and assert their dominance to take over the pack. Calm, relaxed dogs know their place in the pack and trust their leader.
