Thank you! And in the squat? They taught me to breath in when you go down and breath out when you come up. Is it wrong? I ask also 'cause I suffer from painful bladder syndrome and vulvodynia and I have been so tight in my pelvic floor and abdominal ALL of my life, since I was a child. Now I'm 52, no more hypertonic in my pelvic floor due to phisiotherapy, but always in my belly which I can't relax and I'm always in pain, expecially my bladder...
