This went on for months, I didn't know what to do. i was so paranoid and decided to find a solution, i saw a recommendation about a PI/Hacker and decided to contact him. I explained the situation about my husband to him and he said he was going to help me.I gave him all the informations he required and afterwards i received all my husband’s phones Text messages and calls, I was hurt when i saw a picture of my husband and his lover. I feel so bad about infidelity. but i am glad Mr James was able to help me get all this information, you can contact him through Gmail : Worldcyberhackers or WhatsApp: +1 (267) 877‑3020, if you need help. infidelity hurts so much

@karmabeliever__
@karmabeliever__ 3 жыл бұрын
@@WardzVloggz Some days are better than others. On those days that go less well, we usually end up being hard on ourselves. Here are some tools to avoid doing so. 1. Keep going. Don't let life's changes throw you off track, but remember that most extenuating circumstances are temporary. Gain more clarity by staying the course and channeling your energy in a positive direction. article continues after advertisement 2. Trust yourself. Believe in your inner resources, no matter what, and you'll grow from the experience. I believe that the answers usually lie within and you are probably smart enough to figure out what you need to do. Give yourself a little time and have patience. 3. Be friends with life. Remember that the world is not out to get you and it does not punish you. You do that to yourself. Learning to focus on other opportunities or in another direction can give you some perspective. 4. Watch your thoughts. Your thinking will never be 100 percent positive. You must learn to dismiss the negative thoughts and stay open to other ideas that will help you move in a positive direction. Start recognizing negative thoughts and use your mind to quell them. 5. Summon the strength you have inside. Learn to access and direct your strengths to the highest good for all concerned. Believe that your strength and intelligence can help you deal with anything. Remember that you have survived worse. 6. Learn to love yourself. You do not have to be who you are today, and your life is not scripted. Changing how you feel about yourself means creating a strategy, gathering some new tools, and making yourself into the person you want to be. A good way to start is to stop doing things that hurt. 7. Don't want too much. Desire can be a powerful motivating tool, but wanting something too much can be very painful and very expensive, so don't live beyond your means or covet the unattainable. Seek your desire, but keep your integrity. article continues after advertisement 8. Don't get insulted. It is wise to be dispassionate about critical comments. Human's will always bump heads, but consider the source, and if it's the other person's issue, ignore it. Learn to respond instead of react, and don't show your ire. 9. Recognize that disappointment is part of life. Even the most successful people have to deal with disappointment, but they've learned how to use it to get to the next level of life. The trick is to process your feelings, then take some kind of action. 10. Deal with your fears. Overcoming fear makes you stronger, and being a little scared can make you better. You want to have butterflies; you just want them flying in formation. It helps to understand and admit your fears. Then you can kick them to the curb. Feel good about yourself, no matter what life brings. Know that each time you wake up, you have another chance to make things better. Don't waste it.

She needs a better publicist or whoever it is who brings her movie scripts b/c she's a much better talent than most of the movies she's been in. She deserves better. Also, she is too talented to just be an actress. She has so much more to give than just her acting.

I experienced the same emotional and mental abuse! It’s like she is speaking for me! When I finally left, I was so comfortable leaving. There is a time for everything, and if I or she had left sooner, we may look back and say, oh, I miss him, go back and such. Because the amount of abuse, the heart and mind will no way turn back! That’s why I believe that if I left soon, a part of me may have continued to say what if based on all the comfortable abuses... expect for me, I had no support, no one knows about it, and I’m still dealing with the healing. But the moment I stopped all interacting with him, I started to slowly become strong, feel lighter, and all. I manifested illness, sickness, because of a lot of repression and had no one to express it out so it repressed in the body! But, with Gods saving and love to me, He is helping me heal, and I hope to meet someone who will bring out the best in me and make me shine, rather than destroy me! I am healing and headed towards greatness! Her story is similar to mine, and hearing her speak about her partner that supports her through those anxious moments is refreshing

This is so real and at some point love hasn't been as beautiful for some of us. A bad relationship will drain the pores out of you and lower your self esteem. In my case, walking away even while still being in Love was the best choice I ever took in that bad relationship. Today I cry when I realize all the pain I put my self through. Along with those tears, is a smile knowing I overcame that bad love story.

I think the problem that our generation has is the time given to develop a friendship before a relationship starts. When people take time they will get definite hints about what they can expect from the person. Still some people might fool u in the beginning. Because in the beginning, people can be like fantasy. We have to observe how time changes a person. The scale of a genuine or a toxic relationship is whether there is "challenge" or whether it is "trauma". Ur true lover will atleast try to deliver to ur wants amd wishes...not all but atleast as much as possible. Brilliant msg from the podcast. To all people who are hurt, U will find ur genuine love. There will be struggles but it would be a safe and secure space. Just let ur past hurt make u experienced but not bitter. Thanks for readings. Stay blessed.

Learn when to walk away. Embrace knowing that everyone is not for you, and you are not for them, and that is okay. Ask God to show you how to love Him and self. Everything will work out on God's time. But we must learn how to release things and people that are not beneficial to us first. Seek healing, counseling, and/or therapy. Travel, go to school, take up a new hobby, and do whatever you need to do for you. We are not taught that we matter, and we are not taught that we are enough. This encourage us to seek love, value, and support from anyone or anything outside of ourselves.

This is a good video. Thanks for sharing. It sound like she was dating a covert narcissist more then likely. They always start out as loving and kind, and the answer to your prayers. Then slowly but surely they start verbally, emotionally, and abusing her. Their goal is to destroy who you are, and who God created you to be. I'm glad that she is out of that relationship, and I'm glad that she is willing to share her story in Jesus name. Amen. God is so good. He keeps us during the dark times, and He brings us out as pure gold. Again blessings to her.

I kept hearing this voice saying no one is going to love you the way I do, or do these things I do for you, then use it against you.( Oh boy that hit home) I prayed, read, talk whenever I could have. I got the strength to walk away, those panic attacks were ugly I almost died. But I am here and I am strong, so much stronger. My health and sanity were more important to me. I had to walk away and left a very lucrative business. But I can sleep better, I have regained my health, my friends and family. I love me. I rarely ever comment under KZbin videos, but this one connected with me so much I have to share my experience. I'm 19 and have been in three relationships so far. I got into my first relationship when I was 15, it was a wonderful time but he broke up with me because he couldn't handle his emotions of being in a relationship. Fortunately, he's one of the closest friends I have and someone with whom I can share anything without the fear of judgement. He has helped me grow so much as a person. I got into the second relationship when I was 18. It was a horrible experience. My ex treated me badly. He emotionally blackmailed me into sexual activity and always put me down when I tried to be myself. I broke up with him after so much toxicity, but he came after me and tried to win me back. I felt sympathy for a few months and thought that the relationship went bad because of me. Only months later when my third boyfriend treated me with so much warmth I realized how horribly I was treated previously. In October I got together with a close friend whom I had known for a year. We both went through a lot of arguments and episodes of ignoring each other, it was nearly toxic. But somehow we confessed our feelings for each other last month and it was a month of so much happiness. For the first time we were communicating openly with each other. I got to know a side of him which I never saw before. He said that I am the closest person he ever had. But it turns out that he has intimacy issues. I find him avoiding me so many times, being unavailable whenever I need to talk to him, and pulling things under the carpet. I have pretended to notice it, tell myself that if I truly love him, I should have no expectations from him. I don't expect him to be my knight in shining armor, I can stand on my own, but the least I can expect is for him to not hurt me. He is scared of commitment, he is scared that he might fail me and not be the caring person he thinks I deserve. I am so confused now. I don't think we both are ready for a relationship now, because he is of avoidant type and I am insecure about a close one leaving me. But he is my friend too, and I don't want to leave him because we both mean so much to each other. But it hurts every time he ignores me and avoids me, and comes back only when his sense of insecurity is temporarily lessened. I am so confused about what to do and afraid of what might happen. This video helped me calm down and get a clear head. I hope I can find a way to fix things and take care of myself! Thank you Lily and Jay for this episode. 💕 If you are going through a similar experience, I wish you all the best. You are STRONG, you are IMPORTANT and you CAN get through this! I have faith in you ❤❤❤

Wow, I could relate to that when I came to go to college in the US ( UWM) how I had to learn saying words such as Bathroom for example, with American way of saying ... ( a to ae ) then getting teased by friends back home in Sri Lanka! Glad your pod casts contribute to helping people become better and share common issues and resolve.

I’m a student going for her Masters in Clinical Psychology currently but knowing all the knowledge of what a good relationship should be like, I was also confusing love with fear. All of those emotions of investing too much of yourself into this person, your toxic partner making all other relationships seem less than his own. And you loosing own identity, deciding to stop this toxic attachment with someone that was always going to make my life difficult was the best choice. Even if you are aware of the signs, even if you still love them, it’s really hard to acknowledge in the damage the person you most loved could do, but you have to realize it. At the end in this situation I learned to love myself first and heal out of everything.
