We get wild weather wind in Melbourne Australia We may get either West Wind from Indian ocean blowing dry heat vrom central desert to Melbourne These winds are the gallows for bushfire season The other is South Wind coming from Antarctica then Tasmania to Melbourne Southerly bringing heavy rain or wind storms with flash flooding , hailstorms , cold winters winds. Or a cooling down change from 38 degrees from the west wind to 24 with southern cool 😎 break. Both are in constant tug of war .

If it is not measured at your local weather station it is a lie? Also, it's not hard of thinking, it's credulous. I've been watching Times Radio because of the quality of its reporting but today's Welsh correspondent seemed to have an arrogant and innacurate view of CalMac ferries difficulties duirng extreme weather around the Highlands and Islands and mentioned self inflicted chaos. Maybe he needs some training regarding reporting on the chaos the weaher causes in some of the wildest parts of Great Britain because that kind of bias may sound clever, but isn't a fair description of what he was trying to report on. One day soon Scotland will take back everything that has been stolen from it by England and then the ferries will have state of the art equipment like the Scandinavian countries we will join when independent.
