Hello,
today I present you a strawberry cake which is out of the ordinary, the one of Christophe Renou!

As you'll see, it looks so simple when you watch him make it... but in reality, this dessert took me a lot of practice to understand some things.
Anyway, I ended up finding the right recipe, the right quantities and a few tips to make it happen.
