The white cream is actually made from the egg whites and sugar (like a meringue) and for me personally, I like to eat it while still hot because the wafer would be more crispy. Hope you enjoy your time in Thailand.

Oh man that savory one sounds amazing. When I was in Sri Lanka they had a dish which was a sweet coconut rice dish that they'd mix with a savoury chilli sambol. Kind of reminded me of what that sounded like for flavour palate!

If you are still in Bangkok, I recommended you to have Kanom Buang at Eathai, Central Embassy. It’s like the authentic recipe that I saw from another shop at Phra Artit road. Nice video by the way and welcome to Thailand!

The reason I like your channel so much more than others is your English, plus the best video and editing ! Great Vlog idea from Ashley, but at no point do you use the words 'Like' as a filler word, especially with an upward inflection (eg Aussie Vlogs) . You never said the (ugh) USA word 'Flavorful' to describe your taste impact, but actually describe in the many other English words what you sense. You never misuse the word 'Literally' . "like" is a word from the 60s to 80s , the other two seem to be Millennial. Great content, Great video and may I say Great English !
