Does 10% even work with traditional solenoids. I thought they would stay closed til 20% and fully open 70%. Some of these street kits have 400hp solenoids. If you run a 150hp pill, you will start at 80hp(20%) and be at 150hp by 37.5%. Try to ramp that! 17.5% range and starting high at 80hp.

Hey Bill snr, i find your videos very entertaining, i won't miss a upload. Im like a sponge for info, always looking to learn some more. One thing that completely got me out of breath was on one of the older videos, think the previous one, you mentioned that billy's truck runs a 13:1 comp ratio with boost. Im used to low compression 9:1 ish with boost lol. I basically could not wrap my head around how it works, then i remembered its running on meth, and before that on e85. So its all about the fuel and tuning/timing in the end? Here in crappy old south africa one would struggle to get the fuel you need for a setup like that. Keep up the good work, im sure you will make a massive success of your youtube videos. We call the learning curve paying school fees.

I should call you uncle. Just a idea, could you make a video explaing the differences between performance cams, how a smaller cam could be a better option than a bigger cam depending on the application. And where the bigger cams actually would benefit. Low rpm power loss and so forth. Most newbies love going for huge cams that wont even work in their application. Around here, its not uncommon to see a stock 4 banger with a 288 cam. But then the guy complains about how his car cant cruise a low rpm. Lol
