Jules this was wonderful to do. I love your seated workouts using the muscles differently. I was able to use from 3-8lbs. This new one doesn’t disappoint. Thank you for keeping us fitter as we age.

Another good one Jules, teacher is going on vacation. So, we won't have exercise class till September, at 12 noon instead of 11am. I got so confused, didn't remember the last one of these I did, so just picked one. All of your videos work so well, and help me keep fit for walking. Went to Javits center for a trade show, then went to Brooklyn to check out Argyle yarn shop. Nice walk from the subway to shop. I got some lovely yarn hand dyed by Artist in Brooklyn, called Luminous Brooklyn. Has a sort of neon look, I got Pink Lemonade, and Shock Value. Had enough to make two cowls and a matching hat. Want to get into shape for the Yarn Crawl that is coming up either next month or October. I will be walking all over Brooklyn to check out three yarn stores. My Birthday is next month September 21st, I will be 69. Thanks for keeping us fitter, not bad for 68 going on 69.

This was a nice combo of "overall body" exercises. Had to change my weights up or down depending on which moves you did but now I know what I can aim for. Thanks for giving us enough time in between exercises to do that, Jules!

Just tried this one for the first time today and it will be a go-to. I am big on variety, but I will always keep this one in my mind for vacations, or days when I just don't know which workout to do. I felt really proud of myself for doing this one with 5 pounders!! Love this channel. Must be a pretty awesome group of fellow followers.
