Happy New Year PJ, I'm 43, a mom of 4 boys and I've lost 30 lbs since Jan 1, 2022. I enjoy running and I was surprised how quickly my endurance built up!! ❤️

Hi PJ! I like the running and strength training info. How long should one run for? 15/30/45 minutes??
@FitnesswithPJ2 жыл бұрын
That would depend on many factors! Please head here to ask your question: pjwren.typeform.com/to/uCxk9B7X - and then stay tuned for Ask PJ Anything video series to see if your question gets answered there!

How is it that I just found you? Can't wait to binge more of your channel! 🥰 As a running coach who specializes in women over 40 as well, I highly recommend learning running (and walking) technique to maximize the benefits, reduce injuries and make it a sustainable practice for the rest of your life! I talk quite a bit about this on my You Tube channel. #shamelessplug 😛Highly recommend ChiWalking and ChiRunning for technique!

I don't run, it is too boring for me.... I prefer cardio (high and low impact) or even strenght workout . And funny ... I'm doing streches 20 minutes almost every day in my bed just before sleep. I sleep my better thank to it.
